Tamika looked up at Togan with a sweet smile spread across her face. "You think so?"
Suddenly Togan was on the ground with Tamika perched on his chest. Her small dagger pressed against his throat. He gulped with surprise as he looked at her with terror filled eyes.
"Just because I'm a woman does not mean I cannot take care of myself. I could kill you before you had the chance to move your pinkie toe."
A hand reached out and pulled Tamika off of Togan. Tamika turned with a growl but stopped when she realized who had pulled her off. A woman with flowing silver hair to the middle of her back and dark, almost black eyes stood before her; she could only be like five feet, two inches tall. "Ne--"
"What do you think you are doing? We protect them--we do not try to harm. Or have you forgotten?"
Tamika shrugged. "Nah, I was just teaching Togan here that I can take care of myself. It was harmless Nebride."
Nebride growled, "Harmless until you slit his throat either by accident or on purpose. I'll have my eyes on you."
Togan rubbed his neck as Nebride walked away. "Wow, she's--well--what's up with her?"
Tamika glanced at him. "Nobody really knows. She just joined us one day and now she's kinda the unofficial leader. She doesn't seem to want the postion, but when she says to do something--everyone does it."
(sorry, i'm a writer too and when i get an idea i keep going..I had to stop myself on this one)

Tamika smiled "But she is a great leader we couldn't really argue when she
started taking charge we were a mess anyways."Tamika halfed smiled at Nebride
but she knew that she was being watched "I'm harmless Nebride come on lighten
up just a little and still I am not some dopey little girl who runs from danger"
Tamika knew that would get her in some trouble but it was true she needed to
make her point.

*comes back into camp humming with the two wolves over his shoulders* hmm good to be back at camp im so thirsty that fight was a really good work out though havent got to eaten wolf in awhile i wonder what the others will think about wolf for dinner *drops the wolves out at the buttchers and sits around teh fire with the others cleaning his knife off while drinking some more sweet tea* ah delisious

togan slowly got up from the ground "wow shes i wasnt expecting that"
the othe villagers burst out laughing they knew better to say that to a merc
"boy shes a merc they live to fight stupid hahaha i cant believe u actually did it haha"
(sigh) togan sat back down accepting that it was probably better to just sit down and stay quiet.
"looks like u need protecting wat was i thinking"

Elazul*looks at togan and waves him over* hey togan right? come here i have something i need to to do *starts fliping his knife*
*leans back against the tree watching the fire and sighs* i cant wait ill we run into some gaurds then this job will be fun not only that the gaurds are sure to have some extra coins oh well all i can do now is wait

togan walked over
"if were unlucky enough to meet gaurds were all screwed" he said
"there patrols are in the hundreds now the wars started"
"i dont care how many wolves u can kill a armed gaurd is different"

he could see his son mouthing off again.

he made his way over to cut off togan regardless of wat he was talking about.

*looks at grael and smiles* your boys got quiet a mouth on him doesnt he? *looks into togens eyes* boy compared to us those armed gaurds are like new born infants holding spears but any way the reason i wanted you to come over here *hands him a empty jug* go ask the butcher if he could make some more tea im thirsty also could you stop by the smith for me and pick up a whetstone? my knife seems to of dulled a bit after those wolves any ways the smith doesnt seem to like us mercs

he had been a smith ounce but he wasnt the only one.
he gave the merc wat he wanted after giving togan a quick slap on the back of his head.
the last thing he needed was a bunch of angry mercs

*starts to pokes the fire with a stick* man im so bored *looks around camp for something to do when a idea struck him* hmm i wonder *spots a 3 foot kog and brung it over to where he was sitting and started widdeling something* ha maybe we can make those 2 a bit more useful after all *he said to him self*

grael was getting a bit sick of being his servant.
"n-now if u d-dont mind i have things to do"
he still needed to find out a way to pay teh mercs. and wats more how theyd manage to get supplys. they only had 5 days left of food. and they cant hunt every night. thers just to many ppl.
he was worried that at some piont hed have to go to a city.
but that would be difficult.

Elazul: *takes a drink of his tea and finishes widdleing the 2 wooden swords he was makeing for grael and togan* ah here we go *picks them both up and test them out for balance* hmm nice they should be able to use these for training *he said as he went off to find grael figureing that what ever grael was doing he could wait a second so elazul could explain that it would help if the 2 trained in sword play a bit *

*tapped grael on teh shoulder when he found him* hey umm i know you said you where busy but something struck me earlier it would be nice that if by some chance we couldnt completely protect you it would be nice for you and your son to know a bit of sword play here you can train with these *hands the 2 wooden swords to grael* lemme know if you need instructer *Sighs* need something to do around here cya

*stares at grael with a look of anger in his eyes* if thats how you feel then *walks away* hmmmm *looks at togen* you sure boy? the orginal plan was so you and your father would spar and learn but i guess ill have to teach you wont i? *hands togen the wooden swords* here you learn te art to 2 swords get a feeling for them practice on a tree or something and next time we set up camp deeper in the forest ill teach you little by little

Togan grabs the swords and immediately starts to fling them about.
hed seen some soldiers sparring before but didnt really pay attention.
after he dropped them a few times he slowed down and started to concentrate
"this is harder then it looks"
