Rhapsody followed after Leilani, though at a slower pace. Atleast she was happy at meeting new Soquili. That was always a good thing, even if he wasn't as thrilled as she. but if she was happy then that was ok. "I am coming alright?! I am not being a stick in the mud if I am walking over right now as we speak. You really do need to learn to calm down sometimes, Taylor." he said almost repeating exaclty what he had heard Sadie say the night before. He really did need to get out more.
Taylor looked at her pink companion and huffed. "You spend too much time with Sadie. I mean come on! you're even quoting her now! No fun at all! Just yelling at me for trying to make friends and be nice. Right Sunflash" she asked turning to the other stallion who had unknowingly become her friend as soon as he began to talk to her.

Leilani nudged Rhapsody gently as the stallion passed her. "Is another visit to the village in order?" It was only half joking, since he had seemed to enjoyed himself somewhat the last time they had gone once he loosened up.

Rhapsody ducked his head at her comment and acted a bit bashful. "No I think I am good." He said with a chuckle and a wide grin. The last time he had gone to the village, she almost had to drag him there but once he was there it wasn't all that bad after all.

Leilani giggled, seeing how bashful Rhapsody was all of a sudden. "Alright." And then her attention turned to the other two for a moment, particularly Sunflash who it seemed had gone quiet.

Taylor also looked at Sunflash who was not backing her up and she wanted to know why. They were friends right? "Right? Sunflash?" she said again and waited for him to answer.

Leilani's tail swished absently, apparently the stallion had gone skiddish. "Maybe we should go somewhere else after all, Rhapsody?"

Rhapsody looked at Taylor and Sunflash and then shrugged and turned to Leilani. "Yeah, it looks like they are ignoring us now! Any idea of where you would like to go?" he asked her deciding he hadn't the faintest idea.

"Let's go back to the creek...I saw one a little ways back..." Leilani whinied and trotted off back in the direction she had come originally, stopping after a bit to see if the pink stallation had started following her.

Rhapsody nodded in agreement and followed right along after her. He was glad for the relief from Taylor even though she would eventually find him again. But oh well, he always had to go home and unfortunately she lived where he did. "Sounds like a plan to me!" he said as he followed.

He shurgged at her question. He had never thought about it before. "I guess I do, kinda. Never really thought about it before. Normally I keep to myself until she gets tired of bugging Sadie and then she comes to big to me. Gram and Dad just ignore her or politely humor her and that annoys her and she says they are old and boring. She won't go near Dustin for some reason." he told her even though she didn't know any of who he lived with.

Leilani chuckled and looked back at him. "It's nice you have a family around though...I only have Papa...I miss my brother and sister...and Momma." She seemed to sadden, only to bounce back after a moment. The young mare tossed her mane and the feathers in her ear swayed lightly. "Ooh...we're not far now!"

"The only ones of my family that are around are my dad and gram. I never got to meet my mom or sister." he said kinda of bitterly. He sort of resented his mother for not trying to find him and meet him and his sister as well. "The only just kinda live with us. Don't know why they showed up but they did." he said and followed her along the path. He had no clue where they were going.

Leilani picked up the pace a little. "Come on Rhapsody!" She giggled, nearly childishly prancing. The young mare didn't want her friend to dwell on a touchy subject. When she crashed through the last of the underbrush she called back. "Over here!"

Rhapsody picked up his pace and followed after his friend. With her being smaller she was a lot quicker than her and so he was a bit clumsy trying to catch up. "Hey wait up!" he chuckled crashing through the underbrush.
