Chapter7

It has been atleast 1 week since the day i have awaken still no news about Gee, True to her word Nicky came back to the hospital each and everyday to check up on me and give me a Gee report........

A nurse came in not to long ago to give me some pain pills for my head, I can feel the pain subsiding.

Just then three boys stepped into the room.......... they were all around my age and height, they were all wearing black, and one of them had their lip pierced...........

They all spread out along the room and gave me a big smile noticing my gaze........

I knew this would be rude but right now i didn't care I just wanted to know who these strang people were...

Who are you guys???

The youngest of the bunch stepped forward

"You don't know who we are?"

"Ummmm....no"
"We hung out on the tour bus, I'm Mikey, the guy in the right hand corner is Frank, and the one in the opposite corner is Bob"

They all gave me a quick wave and settled back into their corner..

Wait so these are the cool guys i hung out with on the bus, Gee's friends......

"OH sorry!"

His smile widened
"It's Ok, I don't blame you.... You haven't even seen us before, not since you got your sight back"

I looked closer into his face sure he had a smile on, but in his eyes I could tell he was sad....

"why are you all here?"

Then Frank answered this time
"we heard you woke up last week, So we wanted to check on you, we came sooner but when we did you were always asleep, how are you feeling?"

Relieved, that their apperance wasn't because of Gee major problems.

"I'm feeling alot better, they may even let me out in two days,But more importantly any changes in Gerard?" I asked desperatly

They all put on grim faces
I suddenly panicked, Is he dead?????????!?

Mikey spoke up again.....
"Well this week we had some close calls with Gee,The doctors say if he doesn't wake up anytime soon he won't make it at all, and so far he has little to no signs of waking up, I'm sorry, i know it's hard for you it is for all of us, He's my Bro."

I tried so hard to keep the tears from spilling out, WHY?????? WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN?????????? What did Gee ever do to you???? If their is even a God please HELP HIM!!!!!! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE HIM!!!!!!!! I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!!

finally i cracked and broke out into tears.......
I struggled to bring my words out....

"W..W.......WHY Didn't........my......my sis....ter...te... tell me......"

"She didn't want to upset you, but I think you need to know the situation........again I'm sorry If i could change it i..........."
WELL YOU CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!!! I Screamed.........NO ONE CAN!!!!!!!!!

Mikey tilted his head down as if he was ashamed of himself......

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to scream at you like that, it's not your falt if it's anybodys its mine.."

Just then the nurse came in, "Mr.Way, Mr.Iero,Mr.Bryar.......it's your friend Gerard,.........he's failing.......You need to hurry this way..."

They all leaped out of their corners,as my heart skipped a beat......

"YOU HAVE TO TAKE ME WITH YOU!!!"

Mikey replied

"NO YOU WAIT HERE !"

"NO!!!!!!!!"
I LEAPED OUT OF THE BED.

The nurse and the others tried to push me back in the bed but i wouldn't budge....

The nurse screamed
"We have no time for this!!!!!!!!!, JUST BRING HER!!!!!"

They stopped trying to rassle me down and we all ran to gee's room right down the corner...

A group of doctors were huddled together, i worked my way up to the front along with the others.....

Lying their on the bed was the man I knew and loved, my precious Gerard,
His skin as pale as snow...the screen next to his bed (his life line) was slowing down, to an irregular pace...

I screamed
"NO GEE!!!!!!!!!! U CAN'T LEAVE ME!!!!!!!!NOT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"GET HER OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!" yelled one of the doctors

They tried to grab and pull me out of the room, but I just pushed them out of the way until I was right next to gerard......


I reached for his hand heild it tight.........."DON'T GO PLEASE!!!!!"

"I JUST MET YOU!!!!!!!"

Suddenly his screen went blank...........

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I threw all of the doctors off of him and kissed him deeply and passionatley,tears streaming down my face....

Then i could feel a pulse on his cold body, his eyes opened, i quickly got off of him........ Gee? Are You with me?

He looked up at me amazed that he was alive as was I

Then He got up to my ear and whispered...
"Mel I will always be with you,.....I love you 2"He kissed me gently on the ear

I was overjoyed........."I knew you would make it"

The other members of the band looked at me with shock, Including another guy right next to Bob,who was slightly taller and whos hair was a little frizzier, who i guessed was Ray, the other band member....

The other doctors and nurses also looked amazed......... I was surprised myself for what I had just done........I JUst displayed a miracle....
