Why, yes, Final Fantasy Characters do pop up in my dreams every now and then.
My dreams, however, are often very weird and bizarre (well, I guess most people's are), so I do not remember any specific one.
But I don't think I've had a dream about FF Characters only. They're always mixed up with other strange stuff. neutral

I actually had a dream the other night were i got Beret's Gatling gun grafted to my arm, and fought a bunch of Nanaki clones (red XIII) with the real one. Then i woke up and had some nachos.

yep i was hanging out with sephiroth cloud and zack in school for some odd reason he now goes to my school so we ended up in the home ec. room and we were makeing cookies and cloud set some stuff on fire and the home ec. room blew up and we got out of school and apparently cloud blew up their house too so they stayed at my house and then i woke up. and in another dream they were all chibified sweatdrop

haha i have ff related dreams all the time.
in the most recent one aeris and zack were versing tifa and cloud in a
dance off when me and sephiroth busted in and break danced.
naturally we won. to celebrate we went on that chairlift thing in corel.
aeris, zack, tifa and cloud were jealous so they cut the wire. then i woke up.

I've been there done that. What happened is that I was walking then this person I've never seen before and he started to talk jibberish and then out of nowhere Cloud comes up and we all start to disco. crying

Sorry, I've been gone so long. Lots of stuff to do, y'know?
Anyway, it seems that whenever Final Fantasy VII is involved, dreams get to the point of...well, no point. They're just plain ODD. In fact, I just had another one last night. So here we go:
I'm walking around as my RP character, Kairi (no relation), in some kind mansion and find a room at the top that leads to an underground laboratory/maze thing (contradicting, I know). There were machines everywhere and I think I saw a materia converter, too. Suddenly, I get captured with some kind of hook and the person who launched it was Cloud. (my baby, of ALL people to attack me...)
The hook electricutes me and I start to cringe when all of a sudden, freakin' Rock Lee (Naruto) jumps out of some corner and is like "I'MABOUTTOOWNYOU,YO." He releases me from the hook and starts fighting Cloud. I make a run for it and then Lee just jumps high into the air and vanishes.
So, Cloud starts chasing me in a circle around the lab and when I get back to the place where he first captured me, Rock Lee jumps out AGAIN from the same corner as before. I ran behind him and found a door that, when inside, was aparently me bedroom. It looked exactly like it, too. I close the door and lock it behind, but when I turn around, there's some mom and her little boy in there as well. They have some kind of device that lets me see an infrared version of the lab. Somehow, I make the decision that we have to survive together in that little room and I'll have to sneak out every now and then to get food.
Later, I go outside for the first time since I was in there to get food and as soon as I close the door, Cloud is standing right there, looking me in the eye. My eyes widen in shock, and as he comes closer....
I wake up.
Yeah...not sure what I ate before I went to bed, but I won't ever again. No more orange Powerade for me. = =
The reason I was mostly confused about that dream was because the fact that my character, who loves Cloud more than anything in the world, is being attacked by him. I think I'll look up some reasongings behind dreams...
I'm still willing to hear about your guys', though.

I had one once, but it was a loooong time ago. I've had others too, but they were the ones I couldn't remember. I think I only know this one because my poor little heart couldn't take the strain.....T^T
I was in this biiiiig square room, with a very high ceiling, and a room off to the side that lead to a lobby. Think of the room as a gymnasium, I suppose. The room was filled with all kinds of coloured plastic tubes, like the kind you find in McDonalds' playrooms. The tubes were criss crossing the room both horizontally and vertically, connecting to the walls and ceiling like pillars.
Also, the gym is filled with six or seven metres of watery depth! So, I didn't know how I was staying afloat, in the middle of everything. I look down to find...I was a mermaid! Yay, oh happy day! But then...then I saw Cloud, my idol. He was standing in the lobby. I didn't know how to swim! So as I desparately squirmed around, slowly getting there, when the water all dried up, and he turned to walk away.
"You can't leave me!" I shrieked, and he turned to look at me and smiled.
"Sure I can!" It was scary, because he giggled. Then Sephiroth came up and hugged him from behind, licking his ear and groping his c**k(-a-doodle-do).
"Sorry, " said Sephiroth. "We have to go kill my brother. Then have hot, sweaty mansex that you can't watch! Toodles!" He then picked up Cloud like a bride and carried him out the door. Distraught, I woke up.
Er, yeah....odd, much? Maybe by wiriting this, I'll be coaxed into having
another FFVII dream. Or remembering my other ones. I hope so. O_o

I had a dream that Cloud was fightin Kadaj and Yuffie took Kadaj's Materia and that lead to Cloud killin Kadaj in a snap.

Frightening Indeed! O_o I remembered a very old dream I had once, and thankfully, it stuck. I also vaguely remember having one last week. but of course, it slipped my mind 5 minutes after I woke up. Hey! We should start Dream Logs to write down our FFVII dreams so we can remember them and tell each other! Aw frig, the one from last week just came back...=D So I guess I'll post'em both? In different posts, I guess.
In my most recent FFVII dream (last week), I was stuck in the basement of the Shinra Mansion, and my materia wouldn't work! I nearly broke a blood vessel trying to Fire3 the door down. Then I was struck on the back of the head and knocked out, waking up in one of the bedrooms instead. This time though, I was seeing the dream in a third person's view.
I crawled out of the bed and went to the room next door, and saw Barret duct-taped to the wall of a weight training room. As I went to go save him, Sephiroth came up behind me and tried to kill me, but my dog ran in and took the blow! Not before slobbering him, though. So he shot a wave of Ultima at me blindly, because the slobber glues his eyes together.
I was blasted out the window and somehow, also through a concrete wall. I was crying because my dog died for me. Then Sephiroth was stalking menacingly out of the hole I was blasted though, one of those tantalizing, super-slow stalks. He stopped right in front of me, tossed my dog (who miraculously was alive) a treat and held his hand out to me, to help me up.
"Sorry honey...let's go out to dinner now!" He smiled one of those sugary-sweet smiles and his eyes very much resembled upside-down U's. I woke up.
When I woke up, I was scared to death that he was going to bust my door down and skewer me alive. My dog was at the foot of the bed though, so I just fell back asleep. I shall post my other dream now! In another post though, cause too-big posts make my eyes hurt. xD
