*...Before making her way to the front gate Sasha quickly veered off the trail to the Lady Dyanels Hut and left a small note that she took out of her pocket and attached to front door...*
It said:
Dear Lady Dyanel, "Thank you soo much for letting me stay at the Pagoda, everyone has made me feel so welcome that I wish I could stay a bit longer...I'm sorry that we didn't have a chance to talk that much...I guess there will be other chances right? I have to leave for now...find my own path...maybe even grow up a little. I will come back one day when I am finished with what I have to do..thank you for everything...and goodbye.. ((P.S. I hope Cheebs grows up into a healthy keros...I sense great power in him)) ~Sasha~
*with that she left for the front gate*

Dyanel walked into her hut with Marius behind pulled along behind her. She looked at her table seeing a note she hadn't left there earlier. She picked it up and read it, letting go of Marius' wrist and reading it carefully. She frowned slightly and sighed.
"Aw, I really liked Sasha." she said with another sigh. "well, I hope she finds what she's looking for." she said out loud placing the note under a bunch of other parchments.

Marius looked around the hut as he was dragged in with a bit of awe written upon his face. Outside this place looked shabby and run down, but inside it looked like it could hold the entire monk library. He turned to face her again when he heard her speaking. Not knowing what to say he stood there waiting for Dyanel to direct him again.

Dyanel looked at Marius who was staring at her. She shifted a bit, feeling slightly uncomfortable with his prescence inside her hut. She was used to only one male being in there, but it felt like a long time ago to her. She blushed a bit and pulled out a chair from the table next to her.
"Here, sit, I'll tell you everything you obviously need to hear," she said going into the her room and bringing out another chair.

Looking around the room again, Marius took a seat. As Dyanel entered the room again he stood up rather quickly.

Dyanel stopped and looked at Marius curiously.
"Why are you still standing?" she asked.

Marius blushed and took the chair from her hands.
"I was taught to stand whenever a lady enters the room." he remarked.

Dyanel shook her head.
Whatever, look Marius, this isn't like where you lived. In fact, it's so different we're relaxed and simple. We're basically all peasants here." she explained taking a seat in the chair Marius was originally sitting in.

Marius looked at Dyanel curiously for a moment then nodded.
"Right, forgive me," he remarked taking a seat in the chair he was holding. He looked over at Dyanel waiting for what she could possibly say next. He was already confused with the way she was handling mortals.

Dyanel gave a nod as he sat and she snapped her fingers making two cups of coffee appear. She smiled at Marius and pushed a mug toward him.
"Here, you'll like it." she said with a grin. She took her glass and sipped it with a satisfied smile. She placed her cup down and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "You see Marius, I have no brother's or sisters, so you cannot possibly my sibling. So, tell me your story, I want to know who sent you and why you're here," she remarked taking another sip of her coffee.

Marius looked at Dyanel carefully. He knew enough to know and believe there was no way to fool her, but she had gotten right down to the chase. He cautiously took a sip of the contents of the mug and paused. He looked up with a small smile.
"What is this?" he asked pointing to the mug.

Dyanel raised an eyebrow. She rested her elbow on the table with her chin in her hand.
"Coffee, mortals drink it mostly when they conversate or want to stay awake. It takes a while for it to work with our kind though, but I love the way it tastes." she answered. "Now, back to my question." she added picking up her mug again and taking a drink.

Marius listened as she explained the contents of the cup and took another long drink as she continued. He put his cup down and ran his hand through his hair. He looked at Dyanel who had just put her cup down on the table. He sighed taking a unneeded breath and looked at her.
"My name is Marius Desona, I am a demon, a mercenary sent to kill you by your vampire mother, the only problem is, well I don't have the heart to kill you." he said looking away.

Dyanel picked up her cup again never taking her eyes off him.
"Nor the skill to," she said as she put the cup to her lips. She put her cup down gulping down the contents. "You've only met me this one time and you're telling me you don't have the heart to kill me? What kind of mercenary are you then?" she asked feeling a bit sorry for this guy.

Marius looked away and blushed slightly.
"I wasn't raised really to be a mercenary if you haven't noticed. I was raised to be a knight of the demons before your father fell, but since Gabriel has lead, there has been more freedom and less fighting so I went where I was needed." he told her. "It's an unlikely place to end up with the vampires but even your father did once." he added.
