She rolled her eyes at Raina's back, but nodded nonchelantly anyway.  

[Kineta Storm]

"We'll go ahead and get started" she said sweetly as she rose from her desk, "Today we are going to start by learning about Tilly Toke" she said, pulling a wizard card out of a pocket in her robe and holding it up. She then tapped her wand to the card, and it grew in size and became transparent, until it was easily life size and hovering between her and Belle.

"Tilly Toke was the Recipient of the Order of Merlin First Class as a result of the Ilfracombe dragon attack of 1932,......... When An errant Welsh Green dragon attacked a beach full of sunbathers......... and her family were credited with saving Muggle lives as well as wiping their memory afterwards." she explained.

"Who cares what happens to Muggles, they don't do us any good" she commented agressivly in regards to the lecture that Black had been giving.  

[Kineta Storm]

"Miss Dulthse!" Raina exclaimed astonished "That is not acceptable behavior,.... I will consider this your one and only warning, but should I ever hear you speak like that again, and I will see to it personally that you receive a suitable detention for your behavior" she concluded "in the mean time, I would like you to write me a one page essay for next class, about the importance of Muggles in our lives" she said sternly.

Belle Openly Glared at Raina Black, as she grabbed her bag and stormed out of the Classroom.
