When Hinata pulled away, Temari felt like she was slapped. Hard. She felt her eyes sting with tears and her teeth clench. She slowly got up, clenched her fists, and regained composure. I knew that it meant nothing. Especially for her it meant nothing. I just...need to figure this out. As she walked to the door, she bumped into Nurse Tsunade. "Gaki what happed?" Temari turned to Tsunade. "She forgot she had a special meeting so she left quickly." Temari knew Tsunade didn't buy the excuse, but she left. My head hurts. I don't want to deal with classes, Shikamaru, and Hinata right now so I'll go home. Baki-san won't mind. So home she went.

When she woke, she found herself tucked away into her bed and in her pajamas. It was dark but with the full moon it didn't seem so dark. I wonder how I got here... Maybe Tsunade called father... and he came looking for me... That's when she remembered the kiss. That's right... I kissed Temari yesterday...She sat up and got up out of bed suddenly feeling warm and went outside to sit on her porch to stare up at the stars. I wish I hadn't of run out on her... She probably thinks I don't like her... But maybe it's better that way...

Temari was looking at the star filled sky, ignoring the bantering that was going inside her home. She rested her head on her knees and shut her eyes. Then flashbacks of earlier went throughout her head and she groaned. She got up and went inside. Her two younger brothers were arguing over makr up...again. "Shut your traps! NOW! If you two keep on fighting over make up then neither of you will use it for a month! GOT IT!" The two nodded and silently went upstairs as Temari got a sweater and her wallet. I'm going ou. I don't want to think of her so a few drinks will help.

Hinata couldn't shake the feeling of regret pitted in her stomach, so she decided maybe going out for a walk would calm her, and maybe a bit of sake along the way. Maybe she'll forgive me if i talk to her tomorrow...

Hinata arrived at the bar seeing Temari there, her knees suddenly felt so weak and her breathe hitched. Her face was suddenly red as a tomatoe as her pale violet eyes stayed frozen on the blonde. What... What's wrong with me...? Why can't I move? It's just Temari... That's all... I don't know why I feel like this though... She shook her head and tried to move so she headed up to the counter ordering a small amount sake even though her face was red.

Temari gulped down yet another shot. Her migrain was going away but her thoughts kept lingering towards to the Hyuuga heiress. Damn these drinks aren't taking effect. Temari ordered another shot and turned to see her surroundings. As her aquamarine eyes traveled around the bar her eyes caught a familiar pale brunette. She smirked as she gulped her fifteenth shot. Temari felt confident for some reason and the sight of the seemingly blushing Hinata was pulling her towards the timid brunette. Temari jumped fom her seat and began to walk towards Hinata, unconciously swaying her hips.

Hinata watched from the corner of her eyes as she aproached, trying to calm herself as she neared. What am I supposed to say? what am I supposed to do? She sighed after sipping at her sake again. Well.. I had planned on talking to her anyways... maybe now is a good time...

Temari smirked as she snaked through the slim crowd that blocked her from what she wanted, Hinata. Her mind was fuzzy. She forgot all doubts. She sanked down right next to her target, her smirk widening a bit. "What's up Hinata?"

She probably thinks I'm wasted. cool I'm tipsy yes but I'm not that drunk. But...since I have an excuse....Temari leaned closer to Hinata, resting an arm around the timid girl's shoulder. "Why's that Hinata?"

Temari frowned and leaned a bit closer. "You want to talk about what is making you confused?" asked Temari sincerely as she lefted Hinata's chin with the hand that wasn't resting on the raven's shoulders.

"I-I... I can't... You wouldn't understand Temari..." Just then tears started streaming down her face. "I'm sorry... I'm sorry I ran away from you... But father would never love me if I loved you..." With that she turned away and tried to make an escape still crying and red faced. I can't beleive I said it... But now that's it's been said.. what will happen now? Will she persist? Or give up...?

As Temari watched Hinata run away crying, the dusty blonde felt her heart strings tightened. Without a second thought, Temari persued the weeping raven. No way in hell am I going to let her go! Even if it was faint...I know she confessed her feelings for me! Temari soon began catching up to Hinata. Thank good I'm a tom boy and live with brats as brothers! Memo to self: chase your suicidal brother more often and spy on Kankuro's dates with Sakon more often>D Temari almost was there, inches from pushing the timid girl to a wall and kissing the living daylights out of her....if only if she didn't trip on her lazy-a** drunk of a boyfriend. "WTF?! SHIKAMARU!!!!!!"

Hinata stopped looking back hearing Temari yell her boyfriend's name. She stood there breifly before starting to turn away again and running off to her favorite hideout... The Sakura Garden. Where all the cherry blossom trees grew and all the fireflies gathered at night like stars. It wasn't much of hideout since almost everyone knew about but that place was special because that very place she lost her first kiss to Shino who soon disappeared not too long after that. Sometimes I wish he hadn't of gone away so I had someone to talk to... Kiba's always to busy for me now... Although it's nice to see Akamaru once in awhile... Once she reached there she sat down next to the biggest Sakura tree where the fireflies gathered the most. The very same spot her and Shino kissed.
