"What the ********." Kain said under his breath. Were these two arguing about weither they are animals or not? "Excuse me, I mean not to intrude in your meaningless confrontations," Kain started to say, he always tended to use a sophisticated vocabulary when talking to new people. "But what are you doing?" Kain asked. He had gotten use to the idea of being a wolf, it couldn't be all bad, but what he wouldn't give to be human again.
Kain kept his cool, he had a short temper.

"Kayke, The name's Kayke... charmed, I'm sure." She said, rubbing her temple as if she had a head ache and taking her glasses off for a moment. "Now, if you could please help me unzip this costume..." She said turning around and pointing to her back, where a zipper WOULD be if it WAS a costume. "And then I have to find a sink so I can get this fake fur off of my face. I'm not getting on the subway like this..."
When the wolf walked up she just ignored it. "Oh, great, more cosplayers... I'm sorry but I don't have time for this... I have work tomorrow..."

"Cosplayer? What are your talking about? There is no zipper. You are a Cat." Kain said bluntly. "As for your 'Work' I doubt you will be going, as for the fur too, its really, try pulling it out." Kain said rather harshly. Kain then walked around them inspecting them. These weren't costumes of any type. He place his hand in a fist then slowly unclenched it..."You are...A hedgehog, yes?"

"Y'know, if you think you were drunk at a Sonic cosplayer convention or soemthing, what are chances your wearing clothes under that thing?" Miles said, unmoving. "Plus, there's no zipper." That's about when the wolf appeared. "We are having a meaningless conversation." He said, his eyes drooping, before opening wide. "Hold it. Your voice is familiar. Are you some sorta Caleb rip-off?" He asked, staring at the wolf. He did have his friend stay the night over recently, so that would explain why one of his dream characters would have his voice. "And Kayke? Yep. Imaginations broke. I can't seem to come up with good names. I'm going nuts." He muttered darkly.

"My name is Kain." Kain said harshly. How did he know my real name...? That voice was somewhat familiar as well, but he couldn't place it...
Kain stopped dead in his tracks...It just hit him. "Miles?" Kain stopped in his tracks. He stood frozen for a moment. "How did we get here...How..." He said under his breath.

"Great! You two know each other! Old war buddies or something? Good." She said sarcastically. She was busy trying to tug her ears off. "Now that we're all friends, does anyone know why we're Sonic characters?"

"Oh snuts." He shook his heads. "I mean nuts. Blast it all." He corrected himself. Often his words slurred out when he spoke to fast. "Erm. Right. Caleb? Kain, right, MSN name and all. Funny stuff." Taking the stick, he smacked his head horizontally so he could tell himself to start making sense. "Leave it to me to forget my iPod on the computer instead of in my Jacket." Miles always used it when he needed to straighten his thoughts out, completely neglecting the fact he hadn't checked five of the other pockets in his jacket. "Ahem. Anyway, Erm." He pointed at Kain, but looked more at Kayke. "I'm taking it I'm not dreaming then?"

"Look, I can permently rip those ears off if you like, face it, your not drunk, and your not going to work tomorrow." Kain said. "As for war buddies, no quite." Kain re-clenched his fist, his claws dug into his paw drawing blood, "If I knew that answer I wouldn't be here."

"Although the way Bush is running the country we might as well be. Gonna be draftedm knowing my luck." He stopped it for a moment. "Oh right, My luck says I get transported to Sonic-Land, and meat up with Caleb and Kayke. I'm going out on a limb here, You are the Kayke from MSN, right? DG, Darkness, Ectsetra?" He asked.

" If your were dreaming, you wouldn't feel this," Kain said throwing a fist in to the hedgehog gut. "Now would you." Kain said unclenching his bloody fist. When Kain was scared he got violent very quickly. His short temper would be the end of him. "Once more, my name is not Caleb, it is Kain."

Kayke gave up on tugging on her ears and started to accept the facts. "So... I'm a cat..." She sighed and her shoulders drooped. "This is not good... not good... not good..."
She looked up when Miles started listing her screen names. "Uh... yeah. That's me... Do I know you?"
She watched the wolf punch the hedgehog. "Ow..." she said for him.

"Thanks." Muttered Miles as he gave 'Kain' a headbutt. The quills made is surprisingly soft for him, and very prickly for 'Kain'. "Whatever, KH man. Now don't do that again... Ow...." He rubbed his tummy, he tried to get up to quickly. He had an open wound, which twanged. "Gosh I hate pain..." He muttered. "Or I will hit you with my stick. Kendo or not I will hurt you." Although he doubted the stick would do anything, Miles relied heavily on brute force, which meant tackling. Getting up to his full height again, he coughed. "I hate whenever you get hit hard, you taste iron." He muttered. "Anyway, whatever 'Kain'." He mocked. He looked to Kayke. "Gee, I wonder what MSN name you know which holds Miles. Super, Soul, Miles... Blarg. DANG IT CALEB. KAIN. WHATEVER." He said, grabbing his stomach. "I'm going to kill you for this.." He made yet another false threat, that he did so very often to him.

"Soulie?!" Kayke smiled as the thought dawned upon her. "Miles!"
She looked around. "Am I in Michigan? Or Michigania or what ever you call it...?" She asked as she leaned up against a tree, seeming a bit more relaxed.

Kain just chuckled, the pain was sharp. But he shook it off quickly. "Its Kain," He took a breath of air in,
"No this isn't Michigan" Kain said bluntly.
" What are we to do now, its obvious we are currently lost. For goodness sake I woke up in a cave, not too far from here." Kain was not afraid to show his strength went he needed to. Kain looked up at the sky and sighed. "Where are we?!" He howled at the sky, it slowly turning to a wolfs cry.

"Because Michigan is so dense with forests and Sonic characters run around." Miles said, still grabbing his stomach. "Actually, that'd kinda be cool. But no, sorry. Mystic Ruins. Tram's over thataway, where I came from." He indicated with his hand. Looking up, he tried, "Somebody got a painkiller on them?" He asked. "I'm going to kill you Caleb, I swear.. Kain. Blarg. I hate name changes. I might as well go by Soul if I want to." He muttered, trying again to stand up. "Okay, I think I'm good now. Follow me." He said, heading towards the cliff side.
