I am refered to by the other 4 guys in my section as their tuba sita. Our setion leader is called Honey, because our director always callls the girls honeys and sweetie but messed up and callled him that instead so of course we have to call him that now.

Yeah. xD Our band director INSISTS that the trombones be called 'boners'. And we also have our booger-pickers... xD Those are the plastic things on the ends of our citation cords. And the plumes are chickens.

We in the guard used to be called the "show girls" because we had this part in our routine where our flags were perpendicular to the ground and we would hop over and around it. The "do me" thing is so universal. Except for us it meant our hair which took like an hour to do. Afterwards we would prance around saying "Glitter me" in seductive voices trying to find someone with the gold hairspray.

I call my best friend 'Tuba Daddy', and the low brass section leader 'Uncle Bone'. There's a preppy rather unintelligent flute that we all call Sparky, and my best friend's offical name is 'Santa'. I'm his daughter/elf.
Then there's a sax named 'Smithers', another named 'Balls', another 'Spodge', and another...'Toaster'.
