Isaac put his arm around her to comfort her. He put his mouth be her ear and whispered in a sweet voice. "I want you to go to the nearest town and tell them that the demons are coming to destroy their town. They must leave and travel the Elven stronghold a couple miles away. I'm going to fight off the monster." Isaac waited for a response.

Irene looked up at him, and whispered just as silently. "You're right, the nearby towns need to know. But what about you? What if you get hurt? I was assigned to come here and help the survivors."

One of blood pools quivers again, Dagon steps out and speaks to Rose "I have disscused things with your cousins in the Abyss. They have agreed to help in your conquests."

"Look at me!" He said in a serious whispered tone. Then he started to laugh. "I'm not a human....I'm beyond stronger than you. Besides why should you worry aobut someone you just met?"

Irene looked at him, and watched him smile. He truly didn't understand how much she wanted to help. There was a bit of hurt in her eyes as she replied softly. "Stranger or not, I don't want to see anyone die anymore while I had the chance to help them.
Life is too precious then to be just thrown away even if that life isn't your own... Especially if that life isn't your own." Irene thought a bit about her family and the rest of her home town as she saifd this. The gruesome screams and pain-filled faces were etched into her mind.

Isaac rolled his eyes and lead over and kissed her forhead. "Thanks for your conern. But in the ned I'm probally just going to direct them somewhere else. He smiled.

Irene was stunned by the kiss on the forehead. She guessed he understood she wanted to help. She saw him smile again, and smiled weakly herself. "You're really sure abut this." She said in a whisper. "Okay. I'll go warn the village. But not until I at least know you can hold your own with this... Demon of hell. I don't want to regret leaving you. That means no dying, okay?"
There was no doubt that elves were very strong, but at the hands of a hellish monster she's seen even powerful elves die. Irene put her hand on his, the one that was wounded. She cast her healing spell, and retreated her hand to where it was. "You can't battle with a wounded hand." She whispered, finally smiling. She figured she had to have faith in him, especially at this time.

"Ha! I rule the Underworld now!" Rose is transformed into a devilish form as she stares at her Uncle, "You have no power over me!" She turned to face Dagon, "Very good, but remember, I cannot find a mortal to love me or all will be ruined."

Irene hears Rose, and cowers again in her arms. But slowly she brought her head back to where it was. So that's a weakness, falling in love with a mortal? The new ruler of evil had a weakness after all. She was immediately remembered of her brother, but she assumed him dead after that terrible day.

Isaac laid still until he knew that Irene was far enough away. Then he stood up and stared at Rose. "The underworld isn't really much if you have to attack every other world." He spoke firmly. She smirked at her mockingly.

Irene noticed eyes on him, which gave her a faster getaway. Irene ran as fast as she could to the town she had just arrived at.
