Hard to say actually...not too long ago it would have been Surfer hands down but now that Spawn has all the power of God and Satan I think he and Surfer are an even match. Silver Surfer is industructable Spawn is industructable (unless decapitated with a heaven forged weapon) Silver Surfer has all the power of the cosmos (he's basically a god) Spawn has all the Powers of Heaven and Hell I think Surfer would eventually win though. Surfer can detect things far in the corners of the galaxy, see the future, move accross the universe in the blink of an eye, and move through time. So if Surfer really needed to he'd just pop into the past when Spawn was in the Dead Zone and rip off his head.

DC would win, even though I like Marvel better, because my absolute favorite comic book character, Lobo is on it. Lobo is unkillable. He's been kicked out of heaven and hell. Every time he dies they send him back. He has super strength/agility/etc, the standard stuff. He has a bad attitude and is smart when he thinks of ways to hurt and manipulate people ( xd ). He can track people anywhere in the universe by their scent (that he can smell from anywhere). He can regenerate anything he loses and can duplicate thousands of copies of himself from a few drops of blood. Lobo wins! Lobo wins!

The surfer is indestructible. He could pick up Lobo, drop him into the sun, and Lobo would just keep regenerating into the sun.

Lobo wins! *silver surfer castes multiple shadows of himself throughout the universe, then makes them grow to Godzilla size. Squashes all the duplicates, creates a black hole, swallows them, converts them to energy, and absorbs them. The End, of Lobo* I'm more of a DC Fan Boy. I dispise the main continuity of Marvel. I'll read Ultimate Marvel now and then, but even that gets boring after awhile. It's all about DC, Vertigo, and Dark Horse my friends.
