~ the weird guy that kidnaped Kaoru and used that lung paralyzation thechnique on her to try and turn Kenshin back to a hitokiri but them Kaoru overcomes the paralyzation technique and then he kills himself. Yup, good times, good times ^^~

Qi - (It's the Chinese spelling of the Japanese equivalent word, "Ki". Kenshin's swordsman's ki is mentioned often at the end of the Kyoto arc. Sorry, that's the best I could come up with for "Q" words. )
