Yays~ 1 year of SasuSaku <3
I think it's really amazing. To start out from a thread in the Anime fourm, into a guild, and into an even bigger guild.
I remember the day I PMed Atsuko to become a "family" member of the thread [I remember Imogen's and Kairi's old usernames as well xD]. I was fairly new to Naruto then but I quickly catched up. The thread was a fun place for me to discuss SasuSaku. [Although I wouldn't dare go back and read my n00bish posts. -gonk-]. I would never have thought that it would grow into a huge guild.
This guild is seriously like my home on Gaia. Even though I'm not the most active mod ever, I enjoy reading everyone's posts and I try to contribute as much as I can. AND EVERYONE. I'm glad I met all of you. We have so much fun in this guild. Everyone here is so talented and filled with so much awesome-ness. Yes, you're all awesome. 8D <3 I LOVE YOU ALL.

Either way, the baby's named after me...kinda. XD Though myself as Hidan really only applied to your OT3...and not Imogen at all. xD

Of course I remember waaaay back to the thread in the TV Anime forum. xD -Points to Kawaii's post- Ugh. The days of 'Mystical Kairi' and being a wizja/ninjard.. I was intimidated by the people there. I can't remember when I jumped in exactly.. erm.. around Christmas '05?
Then Crimson Petals was created, and I don't remember posting much because I was afraid to. xD I posted a little at first before just.. disappearing and lurking. And the Crew members frightened me. I remember being so scared of imogen, too, for some reason.. I can't remember what made me start posting more, but I eventually did, and came up with the S.S.A.~ >D .. With some help from Iia. xD;;
And finally this guild, gah. heart
Spazzed when I was promoted to Crew. It was so bloody awesome. I HAD TEH POWER. And when I made it to Vice Captain.. "OMG. SPAZ. -Twitch- .. Too stressed from dealing with bashers to really be happy right now, BUTYAY~"
I don't really debate anymore, but it's great seeing so many people that still do. And I am honestly surprised at how much the army has grown.
You people just kick a**. heart
.. I cannot BELIEVE some of you were actually scared of me. xD That just.. really makes me laugh. Glad you guys got over that, though.. xD
Mer.. if I weren't so flipping tired and exhausted right now, I'd type more, but.. yeah.. maybe next year. xD
One last thing, though. It might be lame, but I consider this guild to be one of the most important things in my life. We're all so close-knit here, it makes me think of us all being, like, a family. I met some of my best friends in this guild, and I wouldn't trade the memories I've made with them for anything. -Shot for being corny-
Major, MAJOR love to Iia, Brittney, imogen, Renee, Kawaii, Cherri/Karo even though she doesn't really get on Gaia anymore, Tenshi, MooMoo, Olive, Nazo, Kyra.. everyone in the S.S.A..

Ooh, me! My turn!
M*E*M*O*R*I*E*S*, Tenchan Style
SasuSaku guild. I predicted that in a year, we'd be about 800 members strong. And now, a year later, I found I was nearly right - we're now up to 799 members, 100 of which are members of the SSA.
I remember joining the guild when it was about a week old. I was so enthralled at the thought of a SasuSaku guild - seeing as I had the impression that it was an extremely unpopular fandom. I didn't realize there were so many fans who were just as I am - eager to make it an inspiration for creativity, and defend it when need be.
I remember (and God knows how this is embarrassing to admit) I was hinting at Boss-chan to make me a mod. I was desperate for somewhere to be an authority, I guess. She finally listened to my begging request and let me moderate this amazing group.
That's not the end of it. In the year that I've been here, meeting new people and welcoming them into the guild, sometimes ushering them into a new fandom, and of course, defending the OTP we love, I've felt touched by everyone who I ever talked to or interacted with. Your warm responses to any fanwork I create, your cooperation in whatever guild event we try to manage for you, makes me happy. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am to have people like you touch my lives.
*sniffles a little*
We've been through debates, tirades, and endless cracks about the Golden Spatula (c). We've weathered the storm of haters AND hackers. We've helped out guild members in times of need. (Remember when we prayed for certain people for certain situations in their lives?) And of course, we've laughed out loud so many many times. This guild has been a fountain of inspiration and creativity, and I think I've grown as a person, just being here, interacting with ALL OF YOU.
(Goodness, I might cry. In front of all these people in the Net Cafe.)
If not for this guild, I would have never started thinking out of the box - well, in terms of theorizing about the Naruto plot, anyway. But let's start small, all right? If not for this guild, I would have never had the inspiration for some of my best works. (Like the Golden Spatula fanart.) And if not for this guild, I might have never met several amazing people that have made it hard for me to let go of this guild. Because it's uncertain whether I ever will.
To i m o g e n: You've been a great leader, Boss-chan! You're terribly understanding, and you've made some of the best comments in various discussions - from The Debate Thread to the General Discussion. This guild would have never come to be without you, and it's not going to be the same if you didn't lead it.
To Kairi.nin: I really like the way you're firm with everyone - from guild members to bashers. You're waaay strict, in a good way of course, like the law enforcer. I salute you, Herr Kommandant! (Yes, I was scared of you, too.) But seriously - your ideas, your creativity, and your pazzazz in debating leave me in awe.
To Iia: Oh, Iia-san, you're probably one of the most fun people ever in this guild. I really love your little jokes and your way hilarious fanart. And the fact that you chose to write my plotbunny - well, that's the cherry on top of the cake. You're an amazing girl, and I'm privileged to have been part of your list of thank-yous.
To Kawaii: I know that we're not exactly close, but I find your intelligent posts beyond your years. I really wouldn't expect them from a then-thirteen year-old. I love you just as much as everyone else, and I hope that you'll keep up the good and great you've been doing.
To KanaRenee:Is there anyone you know who rocks more in theorizing than you do? Because frankly, I don't. You're the best debater I've ever come across, and you're just... well... really AWESOME. I can't even begin to describe. Your fanfics, your fanarts, your AMVs, and your ever-rockin' theories just blow my mind off. And your wise-siosity in all things college whenever we PM, I'm very grateful for. I am glad you're my friend. (And I'm sure Yummei-chan is, too.)

Tenshi T___T You flatter me way too much. But you have affected ME in so many ways. Having you sit in here and debate with me (And MooMoo heart ) instead of agreeing with everything I said really taught me how to tighten up my theories and leave absolutely NO open spaces for debating in my posts. I've shut down many a debating thread on NF (or been completely ignored for all the sense I made XD) because of what you've taught me.
Kairi, I think people just naturally PH34R those in power. You just happen to be in power XD You're really a cuddly teddy though so we love you heart

...As I was reading all this, I couldn't help but think of my 8th grade graduation. xD
Since everyone else is doing this, I might as well, too. :3
I don't really have specific 'Thank Yous' to give out, but I'd like to thank people like Iia, Kairi, Renee, and... anyone else who might have written an essay [because honestly I don't have the attention span patience to rummage through the guild right now... *shot*]. You people have inspired me to be more open to ideas regarding the fandom, look futher outside the box, and even write some of my own essays!
Which none have been put up here... dunno why though. *attacked by vicious cannibal dogs*
Of course, I can't write this out fully without thanking i m o g e n, for creating this wonderful sanctuary we call a guild. If it wasn't for her, I never would have met you people or gotten into SasuSaku!

And, of course, the guild in general. We've been through thick and thin together, and stuck with each other nonetheless. Even though at times we've cried, and others gnawed at each others throats, nothing has ever been able to break the bond between us. We've all created precious memories, and I still feel like I'm unworthy of some of this.
Here's to hope this guild makes it to another year~!

When I first joined the guild Tenshi no hana-chan rejected my "request to join guild" thing by accident. Anyway...when I was already in the guild I would just lurk around like look at posts and just read them.I was scared to post `cause of the mods like Imogen and Kairi o_o .
Well...I learned alot in this guild and I was and still am VERY happy here in this guild. I'd like to thank everybody for being soo nice. I lurve j00 all. : DDDD Imogen, Iia, Tenshi no hana-chan, Kairi.nin, KanaRenee...Thanks for your wonderfulness in theory making, debating skillz, and again...your luvly-ness-ness-ness.

I have not had the affect on this guild that the other mods have ('specially since I'm just a new mod), and I haven't even been a part of the guild for nearly as long as most of you.

Miyu, you have definently been an amazing help in this guild-- I love reading your posts (you're one of the people who's posts I SEARCH for XD).
