He took several deep breaths before she started counting. Well, at least he didn't have to count. He would have messed up some how. Or forgot to run when he said Three.
As that last number came out of Rainbow Chaser's mouth, Urza froze for a second. Then Realized that Rainbow had started running. Quickly he started running after her. He gained speed. The bush she had pointed out was farther then he thought it was. Or was it that he felt like time had just stopped?

The air ran through her mane as she could feel urza catching up. She smiled as she felt the bush was a bit father then expected. It wasn't really far from them at all actually. He was soon right by her side, they were neck and neck. She didn't want to push on, she wanted him to win kind of. She smiled as she picked up some speed.
She felt her hooves beat across the ground, she suddenly felt like the world had slowed down. She looked at Urza, she blushed slightly as she then felt the world go back to normal. Her heart beated, the bush was coming up, who was going to win?

Urza was still not really concentrating over the race. His mind was racing as well that had totally distracted him. What did this mean? Well, they liked each other, maybe? Or was she just joking? He couldn't tell unless they went on a date or did something else together?
His eyes cleared and was more focused onto the race. He' would have to win. He sped up to where they were neck and neck again. The bush was coming closer. His eyes were fixed on it.

She smiled lightly, Urza...somthing inside made her want to just tell him how much she liked him. SHe didn't understand why her heart was doing this to her. When he picked up speed she pushed herself forward as well. She took in a bit of air as they ran past the bush. her face felt hot, it was a tie. She stopped herself slowly as she looked at him, "It was a tie."
She smiled at him slightly, oh boy a kiss AND a date. She smiled slightly as she tried to decide in her mind, tell him how she felt about him. She shook her head lightly, should she say it now or later? Should she wait to answere when they date would be, or when he should kiss her? She bit her lip her mind was going CRAZY!

He didn't even realize the passed the bush at the same time, he watched himself pass it and he slowed down. Then when he looked towards her as she slowed down she said it was a Tie. A tie? What now? What were they going to do. He felt hot still, but it was most likely from the running. Yes... The race made him warm and his heart was beating fast.
"A... A tie?" He blinked at her. "So.... That means?" He paused. "Both? Or?" He looked to the ground. Well, this was awkward. He blinked at couple of times then looked back at her and took a few steps closer waiting for her to answer.

She smiled slightly as se looked around feeling her cheeks flushed. She smiled lightly as she looked at him. She took in a breath to jeep her heart from jumping out of her chest. She looked at him in a bit of confusion as she said, "We'll do both..-if you want I mean" She peaked up at him. She smiled slightly, she kind of wanted to kiss him. She took in a breath as she accidently said, "I think I like you"
her eyes widened as she felt the world just stop, what did she just say? She took in a breath, oh my god she said she liked him. Her face flushed bright red as she looked away. Why the heck did she say that now, he probably didn't like her, she was being stupid. She was having a panic attack in her brain, he was just gonna walk away, she knew it.

He sat there thinking for a second. "Well, I don't see why we couldn't do both. But if we agreed to do both before the race, it would have saved a bunch of time." He winked and laughed. At first he didn't catch what she said after that part. It just went in one ear and out the other.
It took him a few more second of just standing there before he actually realized what she said. He felt even hotter then before, was the sun shinning above him? He had stopped breathing without even realizing it until he released it. "You... What?" He paused "I mean... Me?" He wasn't sure what he was going to say back. Of course he liked her. He didn't know how to actually say it.

She smiled slightly as she laughed some, "yes we might have saved quite some time." She smiled at him, for that one moment she didn't feel so nevous around him. She held her toung for a moment. She shook her heard lightly, she should just stop talking right now,not say anything more. She bit her bottom lip, no she had to tell him how she felt now, she didn't care if he didn't like her.
She took in a deep breath as she looked off to the side, "I-I like you" She felt her cheeks burning up even more. She looked up at him as she took in a breath, "yes you...your probably the nicest, most uhm..handsome soquili I have ever met." She felt her cheeks flush more and more as she spoke, Shut up her mind kept saying just be QUIET! She held her toung from now on, he was going to think she was so stupid.

He was in shock, or what seemed like shock. Again, he hadn't realized he had been holding his breath until he let it go. He felt like everything around them had totally stopped. "You sure?" His mind continued to race, well if he didn't say anything she'll hate herself and him.
He looked to the ground and smiled. "Because..." A small pause. It was really hard for him to say this. God, he was helpless. It was just a crush right now. He chuckled... "I... Like you too." His words were quiet, yet he was sure she heard them. He didn't think he could say that again. At least, not right now.
Then his mind went back to their race. Was he suppose to kiss her? Well that was the bet right? Her wanting him to give her a kiss. He stepped closer to her and brushed his muzzle on to hers and backed away. It happened pretty fast for him.

She felt herself smile lightly, then a nod came slowly, "Ya, I am sure about it" She looked up at him with a smile. Her mind was racing about why she was being so stupid, and why her heart was beating so fast! She whipsered to herself to make her heart relaxe. She never actually felt this way before, well once but it was fake...or so she thought. She took in a breath as she glanced at him, then the sky.
When his voice came back her heart fluttered slightly as he said the words I like you too. Her heart nearly stopped, this was only a crush, right? Or was there more to this 'crush' then she thought. She blinked slightly as she felt her cheecks flush more, "You,...do?"
The world went back to normal as she let out a breath. She was looking up at the sky when she felt something on her muzzle. She blinked until she knew what happened, the bet. She blushed slightly and giggled. She smiled at him, "So uhm, what cha wanna do now?"

He laughed. Well, at least that wasn't too weird, right? He still felt really warm. At least she liked him back too? Well, she said it first so he shouldn't have been so awkward saying it. He smiled at her. "well, I guess we know what we are doing the next time we meet?" He joked.
What would they do on a date? He blinked. "oh? Now, I don't know... My turn to choose? And when are we going to do on our date?" He gave a funny smile. They were to have to decide what they were going to do together.

She smiled, finnaly a laugh. She still felt her cheeks warm, but she didn't care. She hoped this wasn't just a crush, she really hoped to herself. She laughed, "Yes, yes, I guess so!" She smiled at him, she was happy for the akwerdness to leave. She smiled slightly as she flipped her mane.
Chaser looked at her hooves as his question made her tilt her head. She looked at him and giggled. Chaser shrugged and suggested, "Uhm...we could take a walk, look at the stars...uhm...no where with water right?" She smiled at she looked at the sky, the sun was still high, she wondered when he would want her to leave. She gulped slightly as she looked back at him and smiled. She had no ideae what they would do

"A walk sounds nice. Though, would that be for the date, or just now?" He asked stupidly. If it was for the date wasn't that suppose to be on a different night? He gave a mental shrug and smiled.
He had no clue what to do or say now. What if their date went bad? Then what if the date went good? His mind continued to race. It made him more and more confused about the situation that was at hand. "We should walk now, and I'll figure out what to do on our date." He said simply. Of course that's what he was suppose to do, right? He was the male.
He could hold off his hate for water if she wanted to go by them. "Well, if you want to go near or in water, it's fine by me. I won't mind." He said with a smile. Of course, he really didn't want to go near or in water, but if she wanted to, he'd have to face his worse enemy. He smiled gently at her.

She smiled slightly, "For our date I guess" She giggled slightly as she decided it was time for her to leave. She smiled slightly, "Well I think I should be going Urza, the sun may be high but my human has been keeping a watch on me for some odd reason." She rolled her eyes at the thought of the spazzing indian running about to see where she was.
She was a bit sad to make herself go, but she shrugged in her head. She walked over to him and kissed his cheek then giggled. She turned around and smiled, "I hope to see you soon Urza"

Urza blushed and felt a little sad that she said she had to go. "Oh, When will our date be then? Tomorrow?" He asked her to make sure that was ok. He wanted to say more, but he was never good with good byes. He smiled at her waiting for her to leave before he was to leave.
