Akiko nodded eagerly, and signed her name neatly in cursive. "I'll name it, Blissful Dream.. Because it's a place I've always dreamed of, happily of course."
"It's a simple name too." She giggled. "Not something hard to understand."
The girl laughed softly, as she takes the deed gently from the man. "It may not match the name of place... but I like it. And in my eyes, it will always be a dream."
"Good night, sir." Akiko says promptly, before exiting the door.

::One of the first customers of the day was certainly about to be a strange experience, as Jasmine was looking to be in and out as quick as possible!::
[Hello?] ::She sighed, bopping the bell wuth her nose and a sudden yelp, twitching slightly as she shook it off::
::Blitzwing sighed, they'd certainly not had as much luck in the pound, as he offered Jasmine's badge to the desk, hoping this would direct some attention, as well as the fact she and Tariki were clothed!::

THe man came out of the back counter with a yawn. It was his turn, as he walks over to the desk to see a parade of pokemon, and he stops for a moment as he blinks owlishly.
He wasn't exactly sure he was seeing what he thought he was seeing.
Though after a few moments, he actually confirmed it.
"Wow, are you wild?"
He declares until he see the clothing on the Vulpix and Lucario and figures out that that isn't true. He walks over to the pokemon and smile lightly.
"Did your trainer send you to your lands, and somehow mess up the transfer point?"
He moved closer to the Vulpix.

::Jasmine blinked, so far at least, this was more pleasant than the pound guy as she'd shake her head...::
::And then she leaned forward, nudging her badge towards him, waiting for him to pick it up... maybe he'd try checking her ID, maybe he'd even just get curious as she began barking::
[I was looking to add some new Terrain to my land...]
::A jangle of coins came, even if he couldn't understand her or pick up the badge, money spoke volumes!::
::Jasmine sighed inwardly too... she hoped this wsas the most difficult this would get!::

It would seem that she was in luck, the man took the badge without too much jostling, but he nearly dropped it when she spoke to him. He looked quite alarmed at her, he wasn't sure why heard a pokemon talk. Yet, the sound of money quickly calmed him as he looks over at her.
"So, you want to buy terrain huh? So what kind of terrain do you want?"
He declares with a smile. He would sell to a Skitty if they brought the right amount of money.

::Jasmine let out an audible sigh of relief and nodded to Tariki there, the Lucario nodding in return as the man would find 10,000 coins in a neat bag placed before him, that took care of payment at least...::
::But Jasmine turned to the screens of various Terrain... she had been about to order a Mirage Pasture... yet, something else caught her eyes... and in a second, she was in love, wild rugged terrain, towering cliffs of rock, open pools of fire...::
[That one, please] ::She pointed with her nose::
[Upraising Crater!]

"As you wish, but umm....I need your trainer to sign thier name for this."
The man declares as he pulls down the deed.
"I can't accept pokemon paw prints, it's about the document being legally binding and all of that stuff." "So go and fetch your trainer, and we can finish these negotations."
The man turns to face Jasmine, as she would find one of her biggest roadblocks. The fact that she no longer had fingers, and in reality couldn't hold a pen correct, and that is not even considering the fact that a pokemon can't own land.
This will mean, unless she can convince this guy otherwise, Jasmine could no longer buy land.

The man proclaims quite sharply. He wasn't stupid, people get fired over technicallities like this all the time. Besides, he was he going to register it under?
A pokemon, what is the human came back later, and swear up and down that they had no intentions of making such a purchase. It would be the first time, someone thought to try the old pokemon buy the land for them trick.
Some thought it was a good idea when they are far away and thier terrian is full to have their pokemon bring the money.
Though, there was no way that a deal between a pokemon work.
So, he let his answer stand.

::Jasmine might have had a way out, but, she really disliked dragging her mother into this... she didn't want to have to call her for help... although it seemed unlikely now she could do it without her...::

"Professor Carmel, you mean the owner of that cafe?" "Are you kidding, her a Professor, she hasn't even bother to take the title for years ....I don't think her word would be enough. Besides, it's no secret, she was under investigation a little while ago for treachery."

The man shooed at Jasmine like she was ....well like she was a stray pokemon as he turned to walk away. A pokemon wasn't a client, none that he knew of anyway.

"Pokemon can't own land." "Sorry, but those are the rules, and unless, a trainer is present ...I won't be saling anything to any pokemon."
The man declares sounding a lot more stuck up at that moment as he waves a single hand and walks away from them.

"So, no there is no other ways, but, I guess I can give you a chance." "Some way to prove yourself, let's see if you can do something to get me to change my mind ....thirty seconds."
"If you can't some up with some way to prove your point, I am leaving."
The man declares sharply as he looks at his watch and then sits down.
