Damn.
First off, sorry coconut, but TU got you.
The battle between Killer Loc and TU was interesting though. I liked how TU didn't look like he was trying to hard, as opposed to the battle with Teezy. So of the two, I think he did better in this was, despite him saying he wasn't trying.
Both had punches, (good) personals, creativity, flow, and humor that wasn't just meant to be humorous, but WAS humorous. It's too close to call, really. I'll keep looking over it.

Damn, I had to take this to Microsoft Word, post your verses, and analyze it there.
Anyway:
Flow: Killer Loc. His simply fit better.
Rhymes: Killer Loc. Although I feel TU’s best bar where he rhymed was his very first.
Creativity: TU. Although both were creative, TU had the upper hand. Both also used a photography line as well, but I also feel that TU pulled it off a little better.
Personals: Tie. Both used personals that were amusing. TU brought up Loc’s gangsta image and how he thinks it looks fruity. A lot of Loc’s opponents do this to him, so there’s obviously a reason. XD Loc got on TU about his a lot of his wins being from no-shows, which also has truth to it. I’m unsure which I like more, so I’m declaring the personals a tie.
Jokes/Insults: Loc had better ones, really. His were easier to visualize… which kinda made me go “EWW” to that tampon line. Lol. But it worked.
So over all, this battle goes to Killer Loc.

Once again with the fake gangsta personals. the first battle was no contest coconut got crushed, but T.U. didnt have enough to take out Loc. It was pretty close. but i think what messed you up was structure. it didnt flow altogether. loc had better punches and better rhyming and was strong all the way through with simple but solid punches while T.U. had a little filler along with some strong punchlines like his first two lines and the bypass change of heart line those were the strongest lines
So...
Vote: T.U. against Coconut
Vote: Loc against T.U.
