LMAO! I know what you mean. I got to the 11th episode and it wasn't there. It went from 10 to 12 the last episode. I was so pissed. I watched 12 anyway. The next week they finally put up 11th. That made me happy and whole. lol
Seriously, that is an awesome show. I can't wait for season two. :3

I see nothing wrong with that. That's a good morning activity in my eyes. lol
I actually hate today's cartoons, they are so stupid and pointless. Granted that some of the more mature humored cartoons like Venture Bros. and Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law are funny as hell, but I still miss the late 80's, early 90's cartoons. They had meaning to them LOL. I wish I had Boomerang, the sister network to cartoon network.

...I like 'Foster's', especially Madam Foster. XD But I can't STAND Bloo.
On Cartoon Network, 'The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy', now THAT'S where it's at. cool

oh, did you watch the Billy and Mandy movie?
it was great.
I love that show.
I really, REALLY don't watch television except on special occasions, but Iused to be a TV zombie.
you know what else is an awesome show? the powerpuff girls.
I enjoyed Time Squad, although it was consistently WRONG on it's aspects that were supposed to reflect ACTUAL history, you know, after they fixed the 'frays' in history.
I like Cartoon Network shows because of the references that an older audience will appreciate. For example, in one episode of Foster's, Bloo had hijacked the Foster's bus and was picking up hitchhikers, one of which was Arthur Dent from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and he was carrying a sign that said "Megrathea". It was only on-screen for maybe three seconds, but I saw it and nearly fell out of bed laughing.

Gosh, I TOTALLY missed out on the Billy and Mandy Movie.... so I have no recollection of what you mean, and as far as Foster's, I don't watch that much since Bloo is basically the main character.
I really like Time Squad [I would, right? XD], although I think I've only seen like 5 episodes ever. I knew they were way off, but I still liked to see the way they portrayed important historical figures. A bit like that Mr. Peabody's history thing from Rocky and Bullwinkle, I loved that when I was a kid, in fact, if memory serves me right the kid who learned from Mr. Peabody looked a lot like the Kid from Time Squad. XD ::goes to look it up::
But yeah. Ah, Got off track, so yeah, I know what you mean about seeing things in cartoons, when I was younger I was oblivous to things like that, but as we get older and learn more and see old movies and read books we find things that we didn't know were there, and it makes me crack up every time. They even do it in grown-up cartoons [which I consider different from adult cartoon] just the other night I was watching Furturama, and the Professor's clone and Hermes' son had a paper boy business, so in the end they end up firing the newspapers out of a gun on the Planet Express ship and one of the fired newspapers knocked the Little Prince off his planet, like from the French storybook, and as he flew off into the vacuum of space he called out 'Au revoir!' and I just lay there giggling. I love that little Prince......

I remember one Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon that must have been from the Vietnam era, because it had that dastardly RiffRaff explaining guerilla warfare to his gang.

Yeah.... a lot of older kids cartoons, and even newer cartoons have plenty political and underlying pop culture references all over the place. Like even in those old Loony Toons they had things like WWII references all over the place.

Gummibear Pwns Yeah.... a lot of older kids cartoons, and even newer cartoons have plenty political and underlying pop culture references all over the place. Like even in those old Loony Toons they had things like WWII references all over the place. Yeah, I remember a Sylvester and Tweety cartoon where Tweety put on a helmet and pulled the Air Raid alarm... I think that was the same episode that ended with the famous, "I lose more puddy tats that way." and then the 'beewoop!' sound effect. I remember strange things. Have you looked at the magical places? a lot of them have really interesting history... I would know, I did 7 hours of research to compile the 73 currently there. I'll resume tomorrow.

Yeah, or the one with the gremlins, that little gremlin was trying to cause mischief, but he was about to blow up a bomb, which is really more than mischief. I remember him hitting the tip of a missile with a hammer like three times his size. XD
And I have looked around at that magical places thing, I even listened to Yakko name off all the Nations while I read through the list.
Those magical places look AWESOME! You found some really good pictures, and I've actually seen a lot of them on the History channel, I can't say which is my favourite though. Ireland and Russia looked ********' sweet. I'll have to go through it again when you're done! [/excited]
Lordy Lou, I love history........
Oh, hey, I was thinking, maybe we could have a couple of sub-forums? Like one of them would be all our stuff that should just be read, and not really be posted on, like the character threads and your Magical Places one, and we could just put up like stories or I could put up synopsis histories of different places and stuff. If you need, I'd be more than happy to donate the gold for it! 3nodding
