I have lots of reason but basically it boils down to,
1. He's pretty
2. He's evil
3. He's insane
4. He's pretty smart (but not very wise)
5. He will shoot at ANYONE or THING!
6. He is easily paired with just about ANY mech! xd
7. Its FUN watching him annoy Megs biggrin
Least Favorite:
Shockwave!
He's just fragging annoying and, unlike most of the Decepticons, he's not even trying!

I don't like ; Starscream
fatal case of hubris, man.
I'm not saying he's not interesting (he adds A LOT of dynamic and is very important to the series) but he's bloody screechy and annoying. =/
I think ; Soundwave ; is awesome
he personally scares the crap outta me

I like - Barricade, Starscream, Blackout, and Megatron
Don't really like - Wheelie, The Fallen
Transformers Animated
I Like - Megatron, Starscream + Clones, Lockdown, Swindle, Blitzwing, Shockwave, Soundwave, Blackarachnia
Don't really like - Lugnut, Strika, and Waspinator
I haven't seen the other ones recently to make a decision.

My Favorite Decepticon is Soundwave all the way <3 except for Cybertron Soundwave it's just not the same when your alt mode is a jet instead of a cassette player along with that he only has Laserbeak and none of the others with him. >_<
My least favorite con is Animated Lugnut DX Good Primus he is so annoying yelling to the sky his fandom for Animated Megatron.

Megatron and Starsceam.
Why? Megs is so consumed by his wish to kill Optimus that he fails to see the bigger picture. He's kind of like oil companies. :3
Starscream? Has always been a whiny coward who, despite his strength, is the Autobot's greatest weapon against the Decepticon's.
You have to be pretty lame if you get that title.

Favorite is hands down Jazz. heart sweatdrop But Michael Bays killed him off in the first movie. gonk scream
But my new faves are Ratchet and the Arcee sisters (Arcee, Chromia, Flareup [or Eileta-one. Whatever you want to call her.]) rolleyes
But I hatez Megatron for obvious reasons. (He killed Jazz in the movie.) stressed scream

Don't really have any I liked... except maybe Wheelie. And that one that looked like a tiger. And does Jetfire count if he switched sides?
But I epicly hate Megatron because HE KILLED JAZZ!
