I was bored and looking up random stuff on tv.com, that's how I came across it. I read the summary and thought sounds cool enough. Then I went to youtube and watched the first episode. It was awesome. The first thing that caught my attention was the fire and guns. The fire 'cause I am a pyromaniac and the guns 'cause I love the violence.

OK. So I finish Inuyasha..back in my Inuyasha loving days where as now I do not like it. I saw it and was like entranced.
I saw the beginning song and was like..hmm..kinda dark.but...

eek

And then I shut off the TV and was like "IwillnotbeobsessedIwillnotbeobsessed"

Then I saw it again and watched it furher and saw Amon, but though I thought Amon was called Robin and Robin called Amon..heh. First time watching.

And then I just kept watching it. And would you know it. The anime I said I was NOT going to be obsessed with I am in love with now. For like 5 years now.
Not to mention I adore Amon. XD

That was rather random...>.>

Be happy for what? Some girl has come into this guild believing she's the most obsessed with Amon when others have been on this guild much longer and are getting rather annoyed with her overstated opinion. Obsessing over him - yeah, that's fine - we all do it, but marrying him on more than one site and openly showing it off for all to see is really dumb. We are all entitled to our opinions, but this has gone over the top. As Hana said in a previous post (and maybe even thread), this is just unhealthy, and it's getting old.

When I first watched WHR...It was new year's eve...And I went over to a friends house to watch anime cause there was a special on YTV. Douple-epis of everything. So then it FINALLY came around to whr at 11:30...but then we had to come home before the end of it (she lives a cross the street) because it was .. you know... new years. The whole countdown deal haha.

So yah. Then I was all like, "noooo!!" But it was okay haha. I watched it more at my friend's house the following weeks. It was kinda confusing since I jumped in halfway, but it was still okay cause my friend explained it. After it stopped airing I downloaded and watched the whole series, and then it made sense. ^_^;

With a name like Witch Hunter Robin I knew it'd be awesome but the first episode with the whole superstitious horoscape reading guy. He said black would be his lucky color that day. When is black not the luckiest color blaugh She's awesome burning_eyes (i like fire) the shows awesome rofl I love WHR

I was thinking the same thing! Robin's the koolest!! xd Not to mention the opening scene of a witch hunt, I immediately fell for Sakaki! 4laugh heart

I loved the darkness of it. I had heard about it before it was released in the states and was super excited to see it on TV one day after I got off of work.

Anyway, what really sealed it for me was the music. The animation and storyline are great, don't get me wrong, but I am a sucker for a great musical score.

The first episode I saw was.. the second one, I believe, but that didn't change my reaction. When I first saw it I was "Woah... That's DEEP." and then I was all "Dudeeeeeeee..."
And then I found out that Sakaki is voiced by my fav voice actor. Which made me squeal with delight.

I was attracted by the art style, it seemed so different for the year.

I actually saw Witch Hunter Robin through screencap that a friend sent to me and said that it was coming to YTV, being absolutely sick and tired of Inuyasha and what other shows there were, Witch Hunter Robin practically seemed like a God-send.
And of course First Episode, I watched and was hooked. I still watch today, when I do my homework, I have it playing on my T.V.

Then I found out that Amon was voiced by Crispin Freeman, That man is my Idol. xD
