"Oh, uhm, okay," Sophie responded, suddenly feeling rather awkward that she'd even asked the man to swim in the first place. Her ears twitched, and for once she felt rather grateful that despite the fact that she was some chihuahua thing that she could still do most things with a certain amount of efficiency. Were most of her socks mangled? Yes. But this guy couldn't even swim.

Sophie's nose wrinkled as she watched the ape man stick out his tongue, and turned around just in time to catch Cody in the middle of their exchange. She snorted in distaste, but shrugged it off and decided not to say anything, wading into deeper waters before she looked back to Oz. "So, Mr. Mature, what's your name?" she asked, a grin creeping onto her face. "My name's Sophie, and this is Cody."

Oz wasn't as concerned about his now non-existant swimming abilities as Sophie was, but admittedly, he did watch her with a degree of envy as she slipped back into the water. Although, he didn't envy the likes of Cody or Sayuri at all. He couldn't cope spending every waking moment in water.

And maybe it was a good thing he couldn't accompany the two in the water. Oz was way ovedue for a wash, and he probably smelled worse wet.

"I'm Osbourne, but I'm usually just called Oz...or chunky butt, your pick," he smiled. "Pleasure to meet you both."

And despite this brief show of manners...he resumed his competition with Cody, this time placing a finger to each corner of his mouth, pulling down hard and sticking out his tongue.

It also exposed scary canine teeth on his bottom jaw.
