Suicidal kids.. Lol..
I call them idiots.
Most of them have no idea what it means to have a "bad life"..
They say "Oh, my parents are so mean, they took my phone away and they told me I can't go to this party. God my life sucks so much, I hate myself, I wanna die!"
I'm pretty sure if they thought about the kids that are in 3rd-world countries, starving, alone on the streets, afflicted with AIDS, they wouldn't think their life is so bad..
Sure, there's unstable people, but if they're dumb enough to want to kill themselves, I say let them, just do it somewhere where it wont be a public scene.
I may sound heartless, but I just don't have any compassion for these people. confused

pxxn I believe it is totally selfish. If you value your life as worthless you shouldn't kill yourself, you should go help out other people, commit your life to helping others. Killing yourself isn't a solution to problems, it's just a selfish easy way out. Killing yourself affects everyone who loved and cared about you. You left them feeling guilty because they couldn't help you. I used to be depressed. Then I went into thereapy. People who are depressed don't think of it as an easy way out, they think of it as riding the world of a person who only brings sorrow to the ones that they love. Or at least that's how I felt.

Funny how Cananda has a lower rate of poverty then then states. Anyways I live in Canada and health care is free so down here it doesn't matter wether or rich or poor. So you could get the help. Ignorance has nothing to do with my lack of compassion for people who think so lowly of themselves that they would kill themselves.
There is therapy for this kind of thing, and if they are unwilling to have it, then who am I to stop them? I'm not gonna feel sorry for some s**t somebody did to themselves, it's their fault, their choice.

They have pills that help correct the imbalance.
If they refuse them, or don't take them, that's almost always their fault (with the exception of bad parenting), so why should I feel sorry for them?
