Darkened Angel Vice Captain

Angel barely expresses a mixed feeling of shock and relief. Coruscant is her home world, but she is an Imperial now. She feels something in her pocket, and pulls out a pass. It suddenly came back to her. " The name's Angel. I'm not a true Imperial soldier... yet. This pass, * shows it * allows me safe passage to my home world of Coruscant, but I had to agree to stay under watch of a Jedi or someone else to make sure it's not some assassination attempt or something. Once I leave here, I'll be seen as an Imperial again. "

Angel looks at the merc, then at her repeating blaster, then back at the merc. " Well, Dirk, in case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly helpless. " She said. Angel seemed about to say something else, bu her locked onto the merc's face, and she seemed to be lost thoguht for a few seconds. After coming back to reality, Angel gets up, puts her blaster on her back holster, and starts out the door. Passing the merc, she says " If you'll excuse me, I'm starting to feel a little cramped in here. " She then continues out the door, and goes down the hall, having no idea where the heck she's going. After turning a few corners, Angel thinks to herself, " You'd think they could put a YOU ARE HERE map on the walls or something... "

"hey, I didn't say I would do all the work, but an extra set of eyes dosen't hurt! thats why I'm giving you a seventy-five percent discount!" she walked past him and down the halls. Cale was impressed. she resisted the "Corellian" grin. but he still needed away to leave the planet once he was on it, and the girl with the pass seemed his only rout. he followed her as she weaved her way around the ship. "You're lost right? Y'know I could help you get to where you're going to on this clunker. and FYI, they won't let you on the planet with that Wookievaper you're toting. You need stealth and cunning to foil thugs on Coruscant. and Soldier, I got both. I know how the underworld works. Not saying you don't know how to handle yourself, but Assasins don't play fair. I know all about that. so how about this, you hire me for 300 a day, help me get off planet when you leave, and not only will I help you with your little errand, but i'll try to sneak your weapon on planet as well. Rebs won't know its there. honest ithorian."

After eating a rather oily meal in the cafeteria of the transport, Ryo slowly walked to his quarters, almost bowled over by a man who looked like he was running away from something. He walked towards his cabin when he saw two figures far down the hall carrying some sort of sack... Or a body. He thought it best not to interact with them and quietly slipped into his cabin. He decided to go over his research for almost the twentieth time. "I just hope this doesn't lead to a dead-end again," he murmered. After going over a few files, he sat on to his bed, trying yet again to achieve what the great Jedi Masters of the Old Republic had called a "Jedi Trance". After a few minutes of nothing, he got up and looked outside his window to Courscant, the center of the galaxy. "No dead-ends..."

Tssirk snarled audibly. Wookie...
The large hairy beast had his back to him, talking eagerly to his human friends. Reflexively, Tssirk's clawed hand went for the Merr-Sonn he usually had strapped to his back. But, as it was such a large weapon, he had wisely chosen to conceal it among his belongings when he had boarded, rather than have it confiscated. His nostrils flared angrily as he tried to keep his temper in check.
Beside him, Zorro beeped admonishingly. He opened a side hatch and extended his grasping claw, taking firm hold of the stilletto attached to Tssirk's belt. With deft tug and beep that was best translated as 'yoink!', the little droid removed the hidden weapon and pulled it inside his durable casing.
Tssirk turned and glared at his stout companion, then took a deep breath and nodded.
The droid beeped happily.

Lyle placed the body underneath the bed and made sure it was unnoticable. He cut the right index finger off the body as proof of the kill. "well I guess we can relax for the rest of the trip." He said as he put the finger in his pocket. "What do you wanna do?" He asked Livana.

"Neb this is Sage, Sage this is Neb. Sage used to work for my family on Thyferra. He was the best machanic on the whole planet. Sage, Neb is a Jedi just like myself. The murder I am refering to is one that Neb and I felt just under a half hour ago."
Vin looked as if he was about to say more but he noticed a Trandoshan behind his Wookie friend and thought, "Oh great, Hopefully the Trandoshan missed Sage here, on second though hopefully Sage missed the Trandoshan...."
Imediatly after thinking this Vin noted that a sudden spike of anger occured in the Trandoshan. But just as soon as he noted this change in emotion, a little droid appeared from behind the Trandoshan and it appeared to be taking something away from its owner. Vin silently thanked the droid for helping to avoid a potentially nasty situation.
Vin looked back at Sage and suggested, "Hey, why don't you come with us. We could use a little help solving this murder."
Vin knew that part of him wanted the wookie to come along to help but he was sure the real reason he wanted the wookie to come along was because of the anger he felt in the Trandoshan. It was obvious to Vin that the farther away Sage was from the Trandoshan the better the situation was for everyone.

"Sage hmm... I've heard Vinny here mention you quite fondly on occasions. But Vin, I must remind you we are only able to try to persuade those men to turn themselves in. We have no jurisdiction over what their fates my be unless we are attacked. And we also cannot hunt every single bounty hunter just for a murder. You don't even know if it was self-defense or not, so don't be too quick to judge. We may only be consulars to the new republic, but we are not to be taken lightly. Tread softly, the ice of judgement is thin here, and cracks are already forming," Neb said, ambigously hiding his intent on wishing not to get into a confrontation.
"One hour till the next transport to Courosaunt arrives" the com system blared throughout the station.

Tssirk brushe dpast the humans and their pelted counterpart icily, heading for the kitchens. Zorro whistled happily along behind him.
He heard the speakers blaring out information, and the droid beeped curiously at him.
He approached the counter, and ordered the only slightly palatable thing on the menu: bantha steak, extra, extra rare. He took the plate from the greasy cook and speared the meat on a claw, sniffing it. Zorro rolled forward and extended a clawful of credits to the man, who took it warily, then nodded and called for the next customer.
Tssirk grinned toothily down at the droid, who whistled back approvingly.
Twirling the last remaining chunk of meat on his claw, he nibbled it away and licked the juice off as they headed to pick up their stored goods in the docking bay.

"Neb, I don't want to kill them. I just want to see justice prevail here. Aparently we only have one hour until planet fall so we should probably think about getting ready to leave instead."
Vin looked around for a second. His eyes were stopping of the Grey Ball floating in space infront of the ship. He was starting to notice individual sections of the planet lit by the lights of the city. He also noticed several storms hiding parts of the city with flashes of lightning.
"It has been a while since I was here. I will be nice to see the council again." He said outloud.

"I personally have no intention on meeting with the council. There is no reason for me to be there. It will most likely end up with protecting some diplomat who feels insecure again. There are more things we could be doing besides playing bodyguard." Neb regretfully said.
He headed back to his room, and remembered how light he traveled. With nothing else to do, no bags to pack, he traveled to the cafe which was across the hall from the docking port of the next transport.
"Too bad the council doesn't have a jedi courier ship to escort us instead of thumbing it to the capital."

The cloaked figure put the pyramid in his cloak and began to stroll down the corridors toward the wookie. He turned and saw Tssirk and changed his course, approaching Tssirk. "Hello." he said confidently.

As Cale followed the Imperial Officer, he bumped into a cloaked man. "Sorry bout that buddy. Pardon me." he said to the cloaked man. Cale hurried away from him as fast as he could. something about the man rubbed him the wrong way, and the sooner he was away from him the better. by chance he glanced back at the man, who was stiding puposefully toward a Trandoshan and caught sight of something that chilled him to his bones. Cale almost missed it for the man was making a constant attempt to conceal it, but he recognized it on sight-a lightsabre. Cale gulped nervously and hustled down the corridor, away from the lightaber wielder.
