{{Hey! Someone was suposed to PM me when the RP starts! Oh well. I'm a bit rusty with season one, so bear with me^_^}}
House rode into Princeton Plainsburo Teaching Hospital that morning on his motorcycle. It was tuesday and he was expecting Cuddy to give him his case of the week. Or even worst- clinic duty.
He suddered at the mere thought of having to talk to someone before eating one of Wilson's sandwiches.
Walking into his department's office. And as usual, all of his Duckies were at the table.

Life as Lisa Cuddy knew it was over, simply over. There was a pile or cases a foot high on her desk, as well as a phone that never seemed to stop ringing to tell her that they were short on doctors in the clinic. Would there never be a day of rest in this damned Hospital?
She shuffled through the cases quickly, dialing her phone with the other. She waited, likely in vain, for House to answer. At this rate she would have to ask Stacy to pretend she was a doctor just to get the free clinic moving.(Click grapes to visit Reesu's art contest!)

Dr Cameron looked up from the medical journal she was reading. The phone had started to ring, but it didn't look like anyone was going to answer it. She watched House as he entered, taking note that he was as intent as ever not to pick it up.
She stood up, walked over, and answered it, all while glaring in House's general direction. She glanced at Foreman and Chase, who seemed unfazed by the course of events.

James Wilson glanced up quickly, a look of worry on his face. “No, I haven’t heard anything.” he told Stacy; a small frown cause little wrinkles on his forehead. “What happened?”

Foreman had gotten in at his normal time and, as he knew House wasn't going to be at the hospital until later so he got his coffee picked up the paper and went to the office. He came in a Cameron was readinga medical journal and Chase, well he didn't know what Chase was doing. He sat down and started reading the paper. Eventually House limped into the office just as the phone was ringing, he knew it was probably Cuddy trying to reach House about clinic duty, he knew House wouldn't pick and that Cameron would and House would get angry at Cameron. "Things here are getting predictable." he thought. But little did he know what the call was about.

An exasperated sigh was the first thing that Cameron heard from the other end, how like House to not even answer the phone. "Hello, Dr. Cameron," Came Lisa's strained voice, "I'm afraid that I can't fight with House over this right now, and you can tell him I said so... My other lines are all blinking like mad, and I need all of you in the clinic right now. Got that?"
Without even waiting for so much as an 'okay' from the female fellow, Cuddy hung up the phone and walked right out of her office. It would be easier for the dedicated doctors to complain to her face to face.(Click grapes to visit Reesu's art contest!)

The coffee was pumping through her bloodstream, powering her muscles and her brain. "House is getting sued," she quickly explained. "They won't drop charges even though they gave consent. They keep inisting that it was the fault of crappy surgeons. Thier words, by the way. They're being asses, and I need to know where House is to talk to him aobut it. It's 11 and he's not here as usual!" She stomped her foot, the sound resonating throughout Wilson's office.

Dr Cameron pulled the receiver away from her ear with a surprised look. "She needs us in the clinic," she announced with a small amount of hesitation.
She understood that the pronoun needed no reference. She walked toward the door and glanced around at the three men. "All of us." She was halfway to the elevators when she started to hear their footsteps behind her.

House sighed. At least it's not about clinic duty He thought.
He lead the way to the clinic and was taking his sweet time. He knew it was what his duckies that were waiting behind him to hurry - why hurry? Cuddy would only yell.
House crossed the lobby and saw that Cuddy was there already. She was exhasperated and annoyed.
Before she could say a single word House spoke up.
"Where's the fire?"

"Clinic duty, House, Clinic duty! You're to report here first thing in the morning unless you have a case, and you don't do you? I never gave you one! We're so backed up here, Ill have to ask your whole team to work the clinic this morning." She slid a blue folder across the counter where they stood, forcing it beneath his fingers.
"Examination room four please, there's a lovely woman in there with five children. They all have," She scrunched u her nose before continuing in a shrill and child-like voice, "very ichy heads. I think you can finish that one quickly enough."
She turned from him to Cameron, handing her a similar folder, continuing the same with both Chase and Foreman. "Just the morning, I promise. I'll have some interns in by the afternoon."

House cursed his luck.
"I do have a case." House replied as a brainwave hit him and he piveted on his cane and headed out the door. "Very important. We can't let our patients die now, can we? Then you won't be able to buy your baby some booties. Seeing on how your's have much bigger."

House took advantage of everyone's blatant disbeilif of a lie and snuck away to his office. Where he could be playing on the Nintendo DS. Or watch porn.
{{Yo.. you people are kinda slow this week. I don't blame you guys though. I have exams every other day next week!}}
