Wow, there are some good poems here! I really like all of them. Maybe I should start writing poems again. I haven't written any for several years, because I sucked then and I gave up. But now I'm much better. I have a poem about illiterate fangirls in a thread on here, but I'm warning you that I didn't try to make it that good, it's just for humor. Also it was to help me get out some of the anger that I have towards the illiterates, including and especially the "Leggysee" fans. So read it if you want to. I don't want to post it here, because I'd rather have the comments on it in the it's own thread.

Seeing as I can't just stand around and let this thread fade away, I'll post one of my old poems...
As I did walk, twixt tree and dell, I heard her laugh, like ringing bell, I'd never seen a maid so fair, The stars alight in her dark hair, Try not to stare, Try not to stare, Upon the maiden dancing there.
I could not tear my gaze away, From her dark eyes, a piercing grey, I watched her there, through misty shroud, "Tinuviel!" I called aloud. Do not draw near, Do not draw near, For fear that she might dissapear.
In case anyone's wondering, it's from Aragorn's point of view, when he first sees Arwen...
