Warlocks >.<
My level 6 lock alt is still dead, I haven't bothered to ress her yet xD.
Warriors are kinda sucky, too.
I find Locks to imba for my liking, I can't even cast all my dots before the mob dies!

Yeah, warlocks...they're pretty dependant on their pets...but they're okay. Hard to play.

Warlawlk:
With my grinding-spec on my Warlock I only had to eat or drink every two or three hours, if something went wrong. Draintanking is a bit slower to kill the mob, but you have no downtime. At sixty-five I respecced destruction and had a full-time healer. I ground-out the last five levels in two nights sustaining 1.0-1.3k DPS.
Druid:
Hard until you get cat, then it's simple. You just have to pay attention.
Mage:
Pisses me off before thirty or fourty, then it's easy. The higher the level, the easier the mage is to play. Frost spec, level sixty-nine I could easily get 700 DPS.
Shaman:
Easy if you have the gear. I've many yellow mobs in a row within two seconds of initiating combat. I got 386.24 DPS at level 22 due to crits and on a yellow mob, too. Melee classes all depend on your gear, these are part melee, part caster. The melee is the side that requires gear, casts will always assist you.
Warrior:
If geared, unstoppable. They are easily the most destructive class, if you have the gear. I've other level seventies on another account so I've always kept my guy geared, and thus, always pretty much killed yellow mobs before I had enough time to generate much rage.
Priests:
Shadowform is easymode, Healbotting isn't too hard either, but it requires finding a group. Shadow priests keep getting nerfed hard-core, but they still do massive damage. Discipline priests, too actually.
Rogue:
Gear = Yes, nogear = no. They're pretty easy even if they are undergeared, they have stuns and vanish. I've got one to seventy with shitty gear, but it'd be easier with good gear.
Paladin:
I'll never level a Paladin. Kthx.
Hunter:
Lawleazymodez. Just send in the pet and autoshoot while you make yourself some ramen, for example.

I'd have to say the tanking classes. Prot warriors, prot pallies, and feral druids. DPSing and healing aren't too bad, keeping everything off everyone isn't so much. I've seen more groups do bad because of a crappy tank than a crappy healer/DPS.
As for PvP, resto druids, moonkins, resto shammies, and holy priests. Only three specs/classes I would hate playing in PvP. Major props to those who can.

Definitely healing classes (holy paladins and priests to be exact). Tanking classes take some skill to do respectably pre-70 because you have to have fast reflexes to keep aggro on a lot of mobs and be quick to pull ones that get away back to you. However, in end game, tanks get a target, and they spam their aggro abilities on it without much trouble. You rarely have to tank more than 1 because that means death in end game. All in all, tank difficulty drops dramatically (I was easily able to jump on a tank's account for Karazhan no problem).
Healers however have a very hard job. It's the opposite of warriors where pre-70 for a healer is pretty easy (heal the tank, maybe other people if they tank random damage) but in end game their job is near impossible. In boss fights you'll have 4+ healers on one person, but you can't just spam your heal spells or you won't last through the fight. You also can't wait until the tank takes damage otherwise he'll be dead before you get a heal off. So you have to be healing in preparation for the damage that he is GOING to take, and be ready to stop the heal if he dodges or parries or whatever. But even more, you have to be aware of the rhythm of other healers, otherwise you'll have the tank take a hit, and all your healers let their heals go off, and then the tank dies because bosses can easily deal 2 9k hits in under the time it takes for another heal to go off. So now you have to have staggered healing, and that's only for the one tank. Depending on healing count, you'll usually have to also look out for other people, sometimes the entire raid (aka gruul).
So because most of my experience is in end-game, I'm definitely going to have to say healers have the hardest job. (But that's just my opinion. =P)

I found that as everyone says hunters are easy to play. But Its hard to be a good hunter. Anyone can hit buttons but to be a good hunter you really need to multi task your a** off. Gotta watch your range, CD's, pets aggro, ect. In Bgs its easy as long as your top level in bracket. But still I say its pretty difficult to be a 'good' hunter.

Did I mention 2 mobs at once? And you know hunters dont only use Auto-shot. I have yet to see someone who says its hard to be a good hunter past that has leveled a hunter past 20
