Flying is my choice of an ability. It will help get to work easier than driving, because you don't have to drive, and the fact that flying will help you exercise, and get better in knowledge on some perspect.

I would say the big four are Benifits
:Being able to Fly :cool
:Using Instant Transmission :same level of coolness
:Goku's Speed :you can't touch me
:Buu's Regeneration ability :immortality
I can't decide between Goku's speed or Being able to fly.

I think the best way to combine several of these powers (flight, energy blasts, etc.) is by mastering control of your body's chi (energy). Several martial arts like T'ai Chi and QiGong attempt to do this but few have reached the level of total energy control. Some magicians though, such as Criss Angel, seem to have gained this ability using it for telekenisis, levitation, and other demonstrations.

Hmm...
Probably Shunkan Idou. I wouldn't even need to exert a ton of energy flying (as cool as flying would be, for a practical sense, a teleportation power would be more convenient in daily life), and I'd be able to get where I need to go without a hassle provided I could develop my senses enough to lock onto Ki signals a long enough distance away.
...But the Henka Beam would be pretty kick-a** too because I could turn my enemies into delicious candy...
