Well, I had the one disc dvd of the phantom, but I NEEDED to get the 2 disc set. I looked in every dvd section in every store I went to with ym family. I could NEVER find it! I started freaking out. Then, one day we went to the new target that opend up, I looked around in the dvd section. And, to my rescue there was a Musical section. I, lalmost iteraly, flew over there and started searching. Ten seconds into my search I found it. I was so happpy, I literaly had tears in my eyes. I shot over to my mom and begged, I evean got onto my knees and begged for her to get it. RIGHT when I think she was starting to give in my dad comes and says "we already have Phantom Of the Opera, you don't need it again". I just died. Right there, on the floor, in target. Some peopel probaly gave me weird looks when I burst into tears and just stayed there, on the ground.
If this wasn't bad enough, not to many weeks before I was watching Queer Eye For The straight guy. Well, bunchs of stuff happend, and the staright guys daughter really wanted to see phantom of the opera (she didn't look obsessed to me...), and they bought (listen to this): Her THREE tickets, ooooh, and not that, but she got to go BACK STAGE, and MEET the guy who plays our beloved ERIK! When I saw that I collapsed. I lost the will to live, especialy since the plan to go see POTO was canceled because of my ballet classes. I couldn't talk, or evean breathe. I evean scared my mom because I was crying so much. I went to sulk in my room and play my POTO broadway cd... but I couldn't find it. And, after recovering, I saw that episode again because my dad was watchign it. So I collapsed again and lost the will to live.... again.

;.; Yesterday my mom did the worst thing possible to me.
TT;; She suggested going to see Michael Crawford sing and I got so happy.
But she talked for three seconds on the phone with my other mom and she said no. T.T; And I got so depressed. ;.; It just ruined my whole day. I was so close!!!
.-.; I was so depressed I slept for four hours in my bedroom after that.

Yesterday, I went to the store to get the PotP DVD...and it hadn't arrived yet! Okay, I know, I tried not to get my hopes up, but I was still disappointed. Kind of weird to be disappointed about a store not having a DVD, but it's a DVD with Winslow! Plus it's hard to find.
Now I'll have to wait another week and I don't know how I can tolerate Winslow-lessness for another week. *Twitch*

My Mom's friend got me the Australian Phantom DVD (with the music videos) and then....my DVD player wouldn't play it. And neither will me friend's.

Ryuuki, that's because the DVD is a different region DVD. See, different areas have different video regions, and they make DVD players that play those region specific DVDs. I'm not sure what region number Australia is, but America is Region 1, and Australia is a different region. So Australian DVDs don't play on American DVD players.

Ouch. That sucks. The Regions piss me off. They really have no point, except maybe to benefit the sellers and the big corporations. It just causes the rest of us some trouble.

It was in Boston around the time of my birthday, and my mom thought it would be cool to get tickets to the show for as a present. But the only seats still avaliable were the ones in the way back of the theater (we're talking top of the uppermost balcony!), where we sat for The Lion King, and my parents were not sitting back there again!
But if it comes back (and it better), I'll go see it with my boyfriend. We're both Phantom Phans.
