Yeah, we need to just decide and then start planning for it. When's the panel and when's the gathering for gaia?
We should probably do this before them both so that then we can decide if we want to stick together for those things or not.

I think we should all meet at the loby of the Mariot on Friday, 8pm. I can make a sign. I would love to meet all you people! Tell me if I should make the sign or not?

Wonderly Now when you say "first thing in the morning", I hope you're not meaning like 8am or something x_X; Oh no of course not. I'd never subject anyone to waking up early. I never wake up until like 9 or 10 or so any way. XD

Ok we need to decide this pretty quick, we're running out of time and people need to plan for this. I'm going to throw out a time and day and we can just work off of that.
Saturday at noon. That's a couple hours before the Gaia panel so if people want to sit together they can if they want, early in the convention so if people really get along they can spend a lot of time together, but not Friday because a lot of people are arriving on Friday (most of us should be there on Saturday).
I want to hear opinions etc really fast so we can work this out.

No I meant Saturday.
If we wanted to do it Sunday we could just meet up at the Gaia gathering.

oh. OH. I saw "gaia panel" and read that as "gaia gathering." My mistake! @ _ @;;
well...if it's Saturday, I won't be able to go. D: Guess I'll just look for everyone at the official gaia gathering. ^_^b
