Koniryu smiled at Kukaju. "You are welcome to back to your home world, little brother." He looked up and peered to where he knew the portal was, though he couldn't see it directly right now. "We are going to a shrine..."
He wondered, idly, which shrine it was.

((Ack >.< Sorry, my computer always gives me issues when I'm doing stuff gonk ))
Imriel blinked as she heard Kujaku's voice, and slowed a bit as she looked behind her to find him.
"What is Sabilasi like...?" She slowed her step a little to make sure Imriel didn't fall behind. "Well, night time lasts for three days, but it's really a very beautiful night. There are Lumina everywhere, so it's never too dark. Umm.. the flowers are really very beautiful, thanks to Koniryu I'm sure."
Imriel turned back to Karasu. "And.. the trees.. are very big."
Rasu nodded. "You'll all see shortly, we're almost there... I actually don't think we'll find much more than rumble, but Imriel here thinks she found the location in that book of hers. Could be a nice little piece of history. ^^"

(( I apologize too if I don't post much... I get sidetracked often sweatdrop ))
Alex bit her lip. Attempting to picture Sabilasi. She knew what Lumina were, she had seen a few hovering around the tree. *Night time last for three days... interesting...*
She turned her gaze to Imriel, and watched as the little Ieldi walked along side Karasu.

"You're my brother?" The little Ieldi seemed in shock by this, his tail and wings fluffing up slightly in pride. Now THIS was something to tell Youko when he got back! The fear was gone then, the boy keeping up with Koniryu's larger strides by bounding along beside him. This was going to be FUN! He looked around then, as if noticing the others for the first time.

Avelena smiled at Zydeco, her mind somewhere else at the moment aswell, "no worres, I'd hardly noticed anyone else either. It's a bit exciting, isn't it? I mean, Oliver doesn't really even know of the place, then again, I'm i doubt sometimes if he's really even aware of this world."
She rolled her eyes and ran a hand over the eagar kyunru who peered with interest at Zy.

She nods thoughtfully as Rasu answers. "Maybe, but maybe not. Even if there's nothing there, we get to see Sabilasi, some for the first time." Her smile widens. "I hope there's something there though. I like exploring."

"Of course it is," She said in a matter of fact way, "It is another world. I've never been off the planet before." This sounded strange coming from Zydeco, she often came off as she is someone who has done everything abnormal. It even sounded funny, speaking of leaving the planet so liberally. Zydeco looked down at Oliver, "AW! He's so adorable!" She squeaked happily before scratching him behind the ears.

Koniryu laughed. "In a manner of speaking, everything is related. Ieldi, trees, birds, kyunru, flowers, Pantheon..." He waved one hand, vaguely, and nodded at the assertion that the flowers were lovely because of him. He did try, of course... but it was nice to be appreciated. If only they'd appreciate the windstorms and avalanches too, those were so much more FUN...
He shook his head, getting his train of thought back on track. "A shrine in that book, hmm?" He remembered Neruheru's appearance and her sly words before she vanished again, and suddenly felt a bit uneasy. He smoothed down his cloak and kept walking, though his ears twitched a bit, betraying some of his mood.

As they continue on through the darkened forest they come upon the clearing. The deep furrows left by Neruheru's rage were still there, and the trees were still scarred despite Koniryu's tending. An eerie silence seemed to hang in the air.
"Ah.. well.. yes this place isn't too welcoming, but I promise it's better on the other side!"
Imriel nodded entusiastically. "Much.. better."
Karasu wandered to the middle of the clearing, stopping in front of a patch of strange looking flowers. "Here we are," she piped kneeling down to smell one of the exotic plants. "Just.. walk in." She waved behind her and stepped forward, Imriel following, and vanished in a ripple of subdued colors.

Rather used to things like this by now, Nai only pauses a minute to grin and wink at the gathered people before dissappearing into the portal after Rasu.

Koniryu's ears twitched as he passed the scarred trees, feeling their old pain as if they were light, phantom scrapes on his skin. Still, the portal beckoned, and he had done what he could with these...
"Ready, little brother?" he asked Kukaju, before stepping through the portal. He blinked as night turned into day, and took a long breath. Now THAT was fresh air!

Avelena nodded politely to Zy as if what she spoke of was perfectly normal and, considering the past few months, it actually was. Avelena gave a little smile down at Oliver when she took notice and proceeded to beam proudly.
Oliver's tail immediately began to wiggle with unavoidable excitment, his ears perked completely at the nice feeling of the stangers hands and he yipped happily at the woman, a sharp, bright "kyu" floating through the dismal surroundings.
As the crowd moved on she timidly stepped through a rift she herself could not see...

Alex gazed down at the flowers Karasu had just disappeared through. As exciting as the adventure had sounded up in Phoenix Nest, suddenly stepping through an unknown portal seemed like a bad idea. Stepping back, she did nothing to hide her hesitation.
"Is... it safe?" her voice sounded small and awkward and she immediately flushed knowing that she had asked a stupid question. She watched as everyone else disappeared into the portal. "If I'm gonna go, I've got to move it... don't want to be left behind." She took in a deep breath and stepped into the flowers.

"The trees... they're hurt..." Kujaku whined softly before feeling the tug on his hand and the strange sensation of suddenly being somewhere other than where he'd been a second ago. Blinking, he looked around, able to smell and nearly FEEL the change in the place. "Is this... home?" he asked softly, looking up at Koniryu in awe.

[*kicks Gaia* ><]
chirigami listened in silence to all the conversations that fluttered around her. A small smile spread across her face at the mentioning of another place, she had been to many before comeing to Gaia but the interest and happiness that was spoken of Sabilasi made it seem breathtaking. She let out a small sigh and stroked Orihime's fur, in order to calm the little one's trembling, "It'll be okay, 'hime! I'll be with you and lots of people too~" Only to get a little coo from the kyun as Orihime's head further buried into her chest.
Then she suddenly stopped, noticing the odd placement of flowers and the eerie silence... and then people disappearing. Her eyebrow raised and then the second followed as she watched the others go in. Oh well, seemed safe ... she thought to herself, following suit and stepping into the portal thing.
