I think you may have been confused. They release the Book 1 DVD of Avatar in January.

20 eps. per book/season. Each episode is an estimated 1 million dollars from what I've heard. (Not exactly sure though.)

Waiting a couple of days isn't bad since they're releasing the Episode 1 - 4 on DVD in the next month or so.

lily...my thought's EXACT! they already ended the season on the 2nd of Dec...it was called "The Siege of the North" and it was on for a two part episode that played for an hour...and i thought that it was one of the coolest freaking endings that they could pull off! (actually...Aang pulled off a Mononoke Hime...it was quite cool)

when i'm reading this thread...all i can think of is...The Blue Spirit? that played like...months ago. it's DEFINITELY not the last episode!

I hate to be the bringer of bad news but from what I've read, no new avatar in January. The earliest may be February, but the second DVD says otherwise. (it comes out at the end of March and has a season 2 preview D: )
