Stronghearted11 im a trumpet, and i love it! but tuba is kewl too ^^ unfortunatly, trumpet owns the tuba mrgreen TRUMPET OWNS THE TUBA BULL! how many trumpets do you have in your band prolly like 17 or more and how many tubas/susies prolly 5 or less and which one can you hear easier TUBA!!!

well trumpet is a simply amazing instrament. beautiful when played right. but it is a lot of work. why dont u stay w percussion? tubas kewl but...idk

tuba. tubas are utterly amazing. tuba. they are the gods of all the instuments. tuba. and we tuba players are SMEXAY!!! tuba. play the tuba.

Drego642 Delhome /Tr/mp/et/ Baritone = the King of Brass!!!! Tuba is better than then trumpet cause they have egos and baritones are just a little tuba and trombones are like the loudest so id go with tuba baritone or trombone

Personally I played trumpet 2 years. I Stunk. I switch to tuba. 6 years later im in SJSU. Go with what you want. Trumpet is cheap. Tuba is Fun. But the best thing about Tuba, Someone complains.....you have something to hit them with that does damage.

I've been playing trumpet for going on 8 years. haha...i started early...but now im a junior and im playing in my schools symphonic band and i'm loving it...but then my friend brandon switched to tuba...and he loves both instruments...but hey i think its just personal preference. ^_^ livin' life and hittin the high notes

The tuba does have oompa-like parts in alot of songs, the trumpets usually have the melody line. But the tuba is fun messing and joking around things.
*ahem* unless everyone won't leave your buttons alone on your tuba!! lol
