Maverick unlocks his chamber and pulls out a sledgehammer. Jarel already has his barbed wire steel chair. Jarel uses the chair to disarm Maverick and nails him with the chair to bust him wide open. Jarel tosses the chair and signals for a chokeslam. Maverick gets to his feet woozily and is caught by the throat. he's lift into the air but jumps back and out of desperation nails Jarel with a superkick. however, he falls as well, suffering the effects of blood loss. the two men lay there for a while until Jarel finally sits up again. maverick jumps to his feet, much like Shawn Michaels would as Jarel stands to face him. Jarel throws a hard right, which Maverick answers with one of his own. the two exchange blows until maverick hits a knee to the gut and goes for an irish whip. Jarel bounces off the ropes and ducks under Maverick's clothesline and bounces off the ropes again, nailing him with a flying clothesline. Jarel rolls to his feet and pulls maverick up by his arm, quickly dragging him to the corner and hitting his signature Dragon Walk. maverick is locked in the short arm scissors for a while until he rolls Jarel up into a pin. He gets a two count before jarel releases the hold to kick out. the two get to their feet and jarel bigboots him in the face. Maverick falls against the ropes and Jarel clotheslines him over the top. Jarel climbs the top turnbuckle and as maverick stands, dives to the outside with a diving clothesline, taking him down again. The two stand after a while and Maverick hits a chop across the chest, then slams Jarel's face into the cell and rolls him into the ring. maverick slides back in and pulls out another weapon from his chamber, this time, a weedwhacker.

JR: Oh my god. He's not really going to hit jarel with that? Surely there has to be some sort of limit to what they'll do.

King: Look at these guys. Maverick's a bloody mess. It's about time he returns the favor.

jarel gets up and is hit in the chest with the weedwhacker. luckily, it wasn't running at full speed, so though it cuts him, it doesn't dig into his chest. gasping for air, jarel falls to a kneeling position. Maverick raises the weedwhacker to strike again but Jarel low blows him. maverick staggers back and drops the weedwhacker, holding his groin. Jarel stands and goes for an irish whip, which maverick reverses. maverick then hits a spinebuster as Jarel bounces back, planting the Dragon again. As Maverick moves to prepare for a superkick, Jarel sits up again and gets to his feet. Maverick goes for the kick but Jarel catches his foot and hits a Dragon Screw. jarel then goes to his chamber and pulls out a bag.

JR: Thumbtacks maybe?

King: Knowing Jarel, i think it will be more sadistic.

Jarel empties the back, pouring broken glass and thumbtacks onto the ring. the crowd cheers as Jarel signals for another chokeslam. maverick stands and Jarel chokeslams him right on the glass and thumbtacks. Maverick rolls to his side, inevitably embedding more glass and thumbtacks in his body. Jarel makes his signature cutthroat sign and stalks the maverick. finally, Maverick stands and jarel lifts him up for a Tombstone. Maverick slides down behind him and kicks him in the gut when he turns around, then hits the Heartbreaker. maverick goes for a pin but somehow, just before three, Jarel gets his shoulder up. Maverick pulls him up to attempt another one but jarel shoves him into the turnbuckle. Maverick bounces back and Jarel hits him with a superkick. catching a second wind, jarel pulls him up and quickly powerbombs him on the glass and thumbtacks again. after a few seconds, Jarel pulls him up and successfully hits his Tombstone Piledriver to get the win.
