paganjuggalette Rakisha_Rainweaver more and more parents are becoming that way i had a big laugh when i heared from my brother's friends when they were pickin on my brother my mom jumped into the convosation and told them they better knock it off or my brother can beat them all up....i had a really laugh on the account that all i have to do is poke my brother and he cry's and tells me that it hurts rofl wow, is she the same way with you? nope she isn't sometime's she acts like she is but she really isn't on the account that she really does not care about me i'm a hoe a whore and a slut in her eyes and personaly i think it's the other way around becasue she was the one sleeping around on my dad when i didn't do anything like that in my life i'm not even married to be able to do that stuff!

No not all parents are like that. I'm a parent and i've never been like that my daughter can tell you her and i are the best of friends.

Thank you for that she loves the fact that her and i can just about do anything together and we can talk to each other about anything at all.

that's so cool in the future i would like that type of a realationship with my kid but i'm not sure if i'll be able to have kids on the account that my mom is praying that i'll never have kids. sad

Your mom as no power on if you are to have kids or not she can hope and wish for that but you can always have a child if thats what the good Lord wants for you, My mom just hoped that when i had kids they would have been like i was but my daughter turned out better then i ever did.can't say what my son is going to be like to much yet he's only four so i still have to see how he turns out when he's older.

I had a somewhat good realationship with my mom but not always the best when i was growing up i had my problems with my mom but i knew i never wanted to have the same kind of problems with my kids so i just became a better parent then i alwas thought my mom was to me.

i have this fear that in the future when i have a kid that they'll hate me do you have any advice on how to be a fun and great mom so i can remember that for the future?

It's not the fact of being fun it's the fact of trusting them, and letting them know that they can trust you: like not yelling at them for things you don't understand or assume they R doing. Also make sure they do there part by being respectful and not some one you are going to be afraid of punishing! if you punish them for the right reasons then they will love you as they grow up even if it dose seem they hate you as long as you do this the hate will only last as long as they are still inmature. and trust me that's not very long as it will seem. wink

so it's pretty much trust that's some advice i wish my mom would know and work on doing but she seems to not care at all

my mom never trusted me so I trust my daughter and son and it's worked better then what my mom and dad did with me.
