Azariel looked at him, with raised eyebrows, "Oh really, huh? So you're bigger then me, what makes you think you're stronger then me or can even resist it?" She shook her head, smile widening, "There are more ways then one to get you to come with me, you know." Her tail flicked again and she tossed her head back, "Maybe like this?" She stepped forward, reaching up to n** playfully at a pink ear and spinning around, managing to not step on her largs mane and tail and charging away from him with a loud "Catch me if you can!" shouted back in his direction.

He couldn't help but laugh out loud as she darted off from him. Rhapsody hadn't played this game in a long time and wondered how well his chasing was now that he was older. "Oh I will catch you and then you will see!" he said and took off after her. This was going to turn out to be another fun day like they had had when they were foals.

Light blue hooves-one of the few features she carried from her mother-pounded against the earth, driving her body forward. She reveled in it; the simple action of running and doing so without a single care in the world. It was one of the few activities where she could simply be.
Alas, as everything truly was, she was thrown back to the reality of now. She laughed loudly, hearing his words, "No, you won't!" She called back, dancing a few steps before resuming the run. Could he catch her? WOuld he catch her? What would they do when the game ended? This would certainly reveal the result, wouldn't it?

Mane and tail flying behind him and golden hooves pounding into the ground, Rhapsody chased after her. His heart was racing as he ran and he knew he was out of shape. But that didn't matter right now as her words flitted back to him. He laughed, the best that he could out of breath, before calling back to her. "Oh you think I won't? I'll show you!" he called back and continued on.

Azariel shot a laugh back at him, weaving through the trees and terrain that came upon her as she ran. She could feel herself tiring, but only a little. Having not seen anyone else for months and having little else to do, she had spent much of her time running about ad doing other physical activities, if nothing else then to get her blood up. This excursion was far from something that could tire her quickly. She wondered if this was hard for Rhas, but dared not look back in case she lost her footing.

The big pink stallion laughed as well and weaved in and out of the trees that came up, missing a few only by a couple of inches. He was tiring out more but just couldn't let her win, atleast not with a fight and so he kept on pushing himself to go faster.

Her side began to ache, much like it did when she was running out of energy enough to run for much longer. She ignored it as best she could, she wouldn't let Rhas win. Her stubbornness was far to much for that. She hardly noticed where they were heading toward anymore, so lost in the stubborn battle against energy was she.

He followed unaware that they were heading towards the same place they had as when they were kids. He could tell that she was tiring as well. "Wanna...give up...yet?" he beathlessly called to her.

Azariel shot a breathless laugh back at him, "Nope! What's the...matter? Tired?" She laughed, tossing her hair out of her eyes. She really should slow down though, she was--despite her protests to her brother--becoming rather tired. So ever so slowly, because she didn't want to lose--She because to lessen her pace, just beginning to recognize the area around them.

Rhapsody began slowing his own pace, not because he wanted to but because his body was tired and telling him enough was enough. He was breathing rather hard now and he certainly was realizing he wasn't the young agile foal he used to be a while back. "Nope! What...about...you?" he called back and also slowly began to recognize the area around him with much curiosity.

Azariel laughed, forcing her legs to prance a bit...just because. "Me?" She called back, shoving away any strain in her voice, "I'm fine...getting tired, but, hey, can't stop if you want to win...right?" She laughed and stopped, standing a few dozen feet from him.
She had stopped because he had, no sense in continuing when someone else wouldn't. If he suddenly began to chase her again--she would, but not now. Panting heavily, she looked around for a moment, wondering why Phapsody was looking.
"Oh...I remember this place!"

He stopped, panting heavily, not really paying all the much attention to what was around. He was sore and tired and could hear...water? Without a second thought or even looking he heading right for the water fall and its lake. With a rather large splash, the pink stallion had basically flopped into the cool water with a sigh of relief. "Ah! Much better!" he said and then started to pay more attention to his surroundings.
He certainly did remember this place. It was where they had wondered to during a game of tag as young foals. It still held it's mysteriousness and peaceful nature even after all that time. "Hey! We have been here before!" he said again rather excited and in a better mood after the run.

Azariel laughed breathlessly, and followed him toward the water, quite thirsty herself. Splashing into the cool liquid a dozen or so steps away from him--because stubbornness and the thought of sneaky trickery still clung to her mind--and dipped her muzzle into the water, drinking deeply.
She liftig her head, white mane sopping wet from the deliciously cool water and looked around at the place. "...Ha, it's been a while, hasn't it?" She mused softly, remembering, "So much has changed since then...."

Rhapsody took a big gulp of the water as well before answering her. "Yeah it has but not all that much. The waterfall is still the same though." he said and continued to look about the clearing.
The underbrush was thicker than it had been before but other than that he couldn't see much of a change.

Azariel shook her head, smiling, "I was referring to evenything else, Rhas," She laughed softly, "This place doesn't seemed to have changed much at all. But," She shrugged and pranced a few steps in the cool water, "What do I know exactly." She chuffed softly, wondering what they could do next.
"I win." She grinned at him, "You didn't catch me, so, I win." She stuck her tongue out for effect, "Now you have to go and meet other soquili and then you can realize no one cares what you look like." She smiled at him, wanting to reassure him and make him more confident. She didn't like to see someone dislike anything.
