It doesn't necessarily have to be a girl.
It could be that you know that you feel such a way, but you don't know what it is. It could be a pain, or it could be ecstasy.
I have a problem that I cannot explain
I have no reasons why it should have been so plain
Have no questions but I sure have excuse
I lack the reason why I should be so confused
He has a problem and he doesn't have the words to describe it. He probably has never had that problem before, and it's completely boggled him. He knows the problem is there.

It's about subliminal food messaging. Why they spelled Chicken Stew like that. I remember my dad said something about either coke/pepsi would flash their product and make people thirsty. It's just my opinion

Um... guys?
The umlaut on the u just makes the u have an "ew"or "oo" sound. Think of "New guns." If it didn't have the umlaut, it would have been pronounced "nugguns" and that almost sounds like "niggers." It doesn't make for a good song, unless you speak of "Shame." SHAME ON A ***** WHO TRIED TO RUN GAME ON A *****!!
It's not even a word. It's a word made up to sound like two words.

moshpitmaster i was listening to roulette and i can't figure out what serj and the guys are singing. i think the song is about some girl but i can't make any sense of it. what do u guys think. i think that when he says 'have a problem that I cannot explain, I have no reason why it should've been so plain,' he wasnt able to like sexually perform in bed with his girlfriend. he doesnt kno why he cant, cuz he knows he loves her, but now hes questioning it. 'Today you saw, you saw me, you explained' they both felt awkward about it and were kinda explaining why it was different ...just a way of looking at it
