"Uh... My brother... He protected me from them, and as soon as he left they finally got the chance to sell me.." Kiro sighed as she remembered everything that had happened once again. She thought she would be a bit more upset about it but tears didnt come and she took the thought of her parents well. "My parents always wanted to sell me, because im well..." She blushed but continued to speak. "Im... Pure.."

"keep it never give up hope on love." Darius said entering the last alley way and saw a small gang." stay behind me." he started walking and had a slimmer of hope of making it without being seen but that never happens. "well if it isn't darius." the supposed leader laughed."and he has a girl." he smiled nastily and grabed her arm."i can make you feel pleasure in more ways then this loser can." Darius kept an straight face till the last sentence then smashed his fist right up agaisnt the leaders face and threw him grabbing another member of the gang stabbing him with a shank through the heart and throwing him to the ground. "go straight and look for the apartment thats a dingy blue last floor room number 623...here" He said throwing her the gun and the key. He got punched in the face which sent him spiraling but he got up and continued to fight.

Kiro was never good at listening so she point the gun up in the air and shot it. It caused most of the gang to look at her, but it got their attention off of Darius. She pointed the gun at one of the members and then smiled.
"Just because i look innocent doesnt mean i wont use this gun on you guys. My brother trained me how to use one and i have never missed a mark, now i suggest you leave us be." Kiros sweet voice had become harsh but after the years of training she had done, and the fact Darius was helping her, there was no way she would just leave him behind.

"l-l-lets go guys!" the leader screamed like a pig as he ran out of the ally holding his jaw. Darius got up shaking his head"you should really listen danmit." he walked past her grabbing the gun and walking out of the ally towards his apartment. "you coulda gotten hurt!"

"But i didnt." Kiro said. She was glad he was safe so even if he yelled at her, she smiled. She followed him like a lost puppy though, taking each step he took in a playful mood. Then she would look up at him and wondered what he was thinking. "Why do you worry so much about some one you barely know?"

"you remind me of my sister is all." Darius said opening the apartment door and spitting out some blood. "ladies first."

"Your sister?" Kiro looked at him in a confused manner and then walked into the apartment. She looked back at Darius and then decided to ask a stupid question. "Wheres your sister?"

"Oh.... Im sorry..." It hit home in Kiros heart and suddenly she started to cry. She made no sound and didnt even let the tears stay long, because she didnt want them seen by some one who didnt know her. So she quickly rubbed them away and held in the sobs, until they slowly went away. She again followed, this time slower.

"Oh um..." Kiro gave him the key but again, didnt listen. She didnt allow herself to cry and waited for him to unlock the door. It felt like a long to her, and she closed her eyes tightly to throw away the sadness she felt.

Darius shook his head and opened the door to reveal and white room with a black beat up couch a small t.v. a stereo one bedroom a bathroom and a fully stocked fridge and compared to everything else it was pretty clean. "you can have the bedroom."he walked to the kitchen and opened the frfidge taking out a soda. "you sure your not thirsty or hungry?"

"Uh... i guess ill have some water if you dont mind..." Kiro went back to her quiet self, which she liked better. The room may have been a bit shabby, but it was comforting and didnt smell like the awful order that most places smelled like. "So you didnt lie.. " She whispered to herself.

"lie about what?" Darius said getting a bottle of water from the fridge and a glass as he poured it into the glass and handed it to her.

"Oh." Kiro looked up at Darius and took the glass softly in her hands. "Heh, nothing dont worry about it." She said with a smile, then drinking the water slowly.
