Xandra rolled to the right as the arrows zipped past, one singing her hair. She took a deep breath and continued to follow him, staying out of his firing range, yet close enough to keep him in her range of vision. She didn't bother to hide, he knew she was following him anyway.

Then he shoot onto a another house's roof. Five soldiers ran out hearing a strange noise and saw the assassin covered with ash, they drew they swords and charged her.

ooc: I hate you bic: Xandra cursed under her breath as the soldiers aproached, but kept running forwards.. She tossed one of her throwing knives, killing one of them. She drew one of her long daggers and slew the first one that reached her. She drew the other and delivered two clean cuts to two others. She tripped and stabbed another and the last one ran off while he still had his legs. She wipped the ash of her face and continued to follow the mercinare, stopping when he stopped to keep out of his range.

Kromm pulled out a another one of his silicon string out, buried it. Then jumped up to the next house he saw. He pulled out one of his flaming arrows and shot it close to the string. He knew he now had the advantage. He left some much wire it would pelt he with glass is she ran around and if she held her position he could get away.

Xandra slowed as she saw the man burry something. She ran down a sidestreet between two houses, taking a different route. What was that? She asked herself about the thing the mercinare had burried. She shrugged and kept running. Whatever it was, it wasn't good. She wasn't going near it.

((NPC post.))
Cries rang out along the city streets as houses set alight from the fire arrows spilled their residents into the streets like ants. Flames licked high over places of the city section, and the people struggled to put it out. Then as quickly as the pyres rose, they began to snuff out with a soft popping sound, as though being smothered.
On the fringes of the damage, a party of the King's Legion hurried down a side street on foot, steel bared as they flanked a white-robed woman ahorseback. She wore a cloak of the same white material, held closed by a pin in the form of a large golden sun; the mark of the King's mages. The woman chanced to look up and ahead of herself, in time to observe the pair running along the roof tops. Anger and authority steeled her tone as she called to them, her voice suddenly amplified far beyond it's capable volume.
"In the King's name, I command you to halt! Stay your weapons if you value your lives!"

"Yeah Right." Yelled Kromm sending four arrows at her. "Your pathetic people would have me killed for taking a chicken bone so you would surely boil me alive if I was to surrender." With that Kromm jumped up onto the city's gate sending off one more arrow then jumping down into the ouskirts of the city into his forest.

Xandra cursed under her breath and raced deeper into the maze of houses. Shed run into the man some other time, and learn about him then. She saw a man entering a house and sprinted towards him, holding one of her long daggers to his throat. "Open the door nice and slow." She hissed in his ear, dragging the terrifyed man to the house. He opened it and she pulled him inside, closing the door behind her. She draggede him over to a dark corner and waited, the dagger still at his throat.

The male assassin may have escaped for now, which he rightly should not have since no-one can leap walls over 100 feet tall and technically was God-moding, but now his face was known, his description circled around the guards at every watchtower and gate. Sneaking into the city would be almost impossible for him without being taken to the Captain of the Legion for questioning.
Moments passed in aching slowness for the poor hostage before the door to his home burst inward, soldiers filling the room with weapons pointed towards the female assassin. The woman in white stepped through their midst, with eyes like frozen fire.
"You will release him unharmed. I am bound by my Oaths to do no harm against any citizen who does no harm, but you are giving me license to stop your very heart in your chest, crush the air from your lungs, and strip the skin from your hide."
She lifted a hand with her fingers extended like blades towards the assassin.
"Submit to questioning or die."

"Oh really?" Xandra asked, keeping her dagger against the man's throat. "How do I know you wont stop my very heart in my chest, crush the air from mu lungs, and strip the skin from my hide after I release him unharmed." She copied the womans voice mockingly, while anxiously looking for a way of excape. She silently thanked the man for the globbs of fat all over him, unless they planned on risking his life by trying to pry him from her grip, there was no way to get to her without hurting the man. But, it was getting kinda hot.

Kromm made his way though the forest into a rather large cherry-oak tree. Kromm climbed into it and laided down in the sturdist limb and fell asleep.

"Have I not just spoken so? I am bound by my Oaths to do no harm against any citizen who does no harm."
The white-robe seemed frustrated at having to explain herself.
"Even strangers to this land know that any sworn to the King and the White Tower are bound by the Oaths: to serve, protect, and defend the innocent of Aleron."
Speaking as though by rote, she concluded by snapping her mouth shut and glaring. Then she spoke again.
"You will be questioned. If you are found to be under suspicion, you will be presented before their Majesties and the Court for trial. Then shall you either be set free, or sent to the gallows."

"Well this doesnt seem fair. All these soldiers and a mage aganst one woman." Vice says coming through the window. "So much for honor. Maybe I should even the odds." he says with a dark grin opening his right hand awaiting the mages possable attack."Of course if any of you soldiers want to flee now I wont persue, im sure your lives are more valuable than your pathetic sense of justace, though not by much." this kid spoke with such confidence in his abilities it was uncertain wheither he was bluffing or he actually ment exactly what he said.

"So you want me to let him go and be hung." Xandra said, incredulously. She bit her lip, trying to decide if she should just throw the man onto the soldier's weapons and run for it. As the boy came in through a window, she sighed angrily. She didn't need a kid getting in the way of her escape. She turned back to the woman and spoke again. "If you think I'm going to give up this man and skip over to the gallows, you can think again."

Kromm woke up to the sound of horses running though the forest. Kromm shook his head then pulled his bow out. He saw about twenty horsemen running after him. "How dare you enter my forest." Yelled Kromm sending out four furious arrows. Then he jolted to another tree. "You will feel my race's wrath." Kromm sent out three more arrows then jumped oto a different branch.
