No thank you. I never will because to me, I don't think anyone ever looks like the characters and I think it's a wast of time and money. But if you like to do that, more power to you. *woot*

I cosplayed as Lan (aka. Netto) Hikari from Megaman Battle Network (aka. Megaman NT Warrior)(aka. Megaman NT Battle Transmission). I love cosplay. I love it when I can go to a con and find so many friendly people that cosplay. I love cons in general, since I think it's great for any ignored group to go somewhere and find out that they're not as alone in their likes as they think. Conventions are a religious experience for me, like a Hajj(I think I got the term right...) for fanboys/fangirls.

Well, I've never been to a convention, learned to sew, or attempted to look like an anime character, but I think it might be something fun to try at least once, (even if I do end up looking incredibly stupid.) sweatdrop

I would, But this is why I don't:
- My dad says I'm too young
- I don't have the money
- I'm not to creative
- There are to many characters I want to cosplay as!

I've only been to two conventions and one of them I dressed up as Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII. Really I haven't tried beyond that. sweatdrop

I was planning to go with two friends to Anime North with me as Kagome, and my friends as Kikyou and Sango. Unfortunately, they couldn't go, and my friend erica and I didn't finish our costumes. Next year we plan to though.

Personally, I love cosplaying and do it whenever I can. It worked out rather well too because I could use my costumes to pass IB art heart I've cosplayed as Quistis from FF8 with my sister as Rinoa Schoolgirl Mink from Mink, though some guy at Publix asked me if I was selling girl scout cookies... that was really sad... Ping from Megatokyo (and I met Fred Gallagher! And he signed my Overclocked shirt!) Crossplayed as Rune from Dragon Knights. Am working on my costume for Megacon as Alice from Alice in Wonderland according to my friend's awesome anime Alice in Wonderland vision. I think there's more, but I can't remember, so I'll leave it at that!
