Ok, I don't know if this has been brought up before, but what the hey, even if it has, I think it'd deserve a refresher in here.
This is "Zutara Evidence for the Intellectual Dummy" done by a person who's name escapes me at the moment...
But I just watched all three of her Lessons, and I gotta say, she's awesome. She doesn't just deal with the classic ones that we usually get ragged on for, she looks at a lot more than that. And even acknowledges that some of the stuff doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of Zutara foreshadowing. Which I think is really refreshing and relieving.
I especially love how she brought up in the second lesson that Katara has been the source of comfort for her friends, but who could be her source of comfort? (Southern Raiders/guy who killed her mother, much?) Especially after Zuko showed her understanding and comfort in CoD...
I also like how she pointed out Yue putting aside her love for Sokka and accepting her destiny and becoming the moon spirit could be foreshadowing to Aang doing the same, putting Katara aside and accepting his destiny and saving the world. I hadn't thought about it before, and I really like it.
She gives a very thourough analysis of Kataang, too, she started that in lesson 2, continued through lesson 3, and she is still not even done with it.
I can't even say everything I love about these videos, there's just so much...
