Theophrastus I always heard it was a sin for us to be jealous because, unlike God, we aren't perfect and don't have a right to question what he deems fit to give us. Which means he's a real p***k for making people homeless, and tempting them to commit the sin of jealousy concerning people who have, oh, I don't know, a roof over their head or food in their belly. How sinful of the homeless to want that. Selfish people. You wanna know something? It actually says in the Bible that God is jealous and that there are at least 10 passages that say this either directly or indirectly. I'll list a few examples: Quote: Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; How about another: Quote: Exodus 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: And one more for the road: Quote: Deuteronomy 4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God Yet they call jealousy a sin when their god is a jealous god.

I believe you wholeheartedly.
The Bible frequently promotes an almost erotic relationship with God.
Well, all the bad parts of one - primarily what He'll do to you if you don't lick his boots.
God's totally into S+M.

Well, all the bad parts of one - primarily what He'll do to you if you don't lick his boots. God's totally into S+M. Yeah he does seem to like that sort of stuff. Also, you know in the Bible it says that Adultery is wrong? Well according to the Bible, god instructs someone to take a whore for a wife (And the dude is already married).

If I had a photo editing program on my work computer, I'd make a banner of it. Though I'd knock off the attributation, as we probably all feel that way. XD

We need to give any profits this way - Cup gets 40%, I'm the manager (yeah, that's the ticket!) so I get 20% and SHO-NUFF gets 20% for production.
The rest goes into a guild niceness pot. XD

Dark_lord_15 No, that's why they aren't atheists. Reading the bible is supposedly one the main reasons people become atheists. I've never read it, but I know it's really just a big book of contradictions, so I didn't bother. I'm just going to chime in and say that I fully agree with this comment. I have doubted the bible since I was around the age of 10 or so. I was in a hotel room, and found the bible in the night stand. I read the story of Adam and Eve. I laughed at it, because it reaks of B.S. Ever since then, I've doubted that entire religion, and subsequently every religion.
