You know, since this thread here started off with the whole kiss business...and knowing now WHY the Doc did that...AND remembering how the Doctor acted last series, I'm really, really confused why he kissed her. Clearly, he should have licked her. blaugh Doc 10 licks everything.
I reckon the kiss is just there to cause debate/spice things up straight away, and to have Martha fall for the Doctor (I read somewhere that Martha's in love with the Doctor, but he doesn't see her that way?).

Nah, it was a clue to Martha. If he kissed her, she would have timelord DNA in her mouth and lips, which would slow the Judoon down as she hadn't been catalogued yet. Also, once they had to scan her because of it, she realised that if they scanned the Plasmavore (Finnigan) again, then she would be found guilty, so it was all part of his plan biggrin Hence the name "Genetic Transfer"
lala!

He still should have just licked her...
I was reading some interviews last night on david-tennant.com and there's some more stuff in there about Martha's relationship with the Doc - she basically falls head over heels for him. But he doesn't love her. So...yeah.
There's also spoilers about the next few episodes (I think from the Doctor Who Magazine scan): in white. Martha and the Doctor share a bed in the Shakespeare code?? The Doctor gets married at some stage?

He gets married but doesnt get married but he does get married and Martha gets Jealous biggrin
And you could see from Martha's face at the end of Smith and Jones that she had feelings for him, she sounded disappointed when he said "good" after she said that she only went for humans xd

xd Hello people!! xd Now for the latest news on what's to come for the Doctor and Martha!!
The Doctor says that this trip is a reward for Martha saving his life, yet he doesn't expect witches to be lurking in Elizabethan London.
Well these aren't any ordinary witches, they are "Carrionites". (Look at forum topic series 3: monsters and villians for more info)
So, will the Doctor and Martha be able to save Shakespeare without changing the course of history and will Martha stay with the Doctor, for now?? (we all know she does, LOL!! xd sweatdrop )
Later, ErinaStar wink

No matter what, just being there changes history, it's just a question of how much. I'm sure they just went there to watch a play and meet the bard himself, and maybe his wife (or mistress)
But like always, he doesnt expect what would come XD I mean, like, it matches. Daleks in Manhattan, Scarecrows in some sort of rural area, Witches in Shakespearean Stratford Upon Avon XD
Well ... Maybe more in Salem, Massachusetts XD

I dont think so XD I read that Russel picks certain keywords, and someone has to write a script around them. But they are all planned. I just posted something each episode pretty much has in common in the monsters and villains thread biggrin

Yep, but of course they must write one before the other, so the next writer knows the position of the two people before biggrin
And there must be a list of what MUSTN'T happen biggrin
