you said:
Ten fish I caught without an eye, Nine without a tail. Eight were found cut in half, And six in beheaded wrath, Curiously enough, without a doubt, No fish remained whole.
well i have 2 answers for you
1: you caught 10 fish because i quote "Ten fish i caught without an Eye" and at the end you said none remained whole meaning every one was mutalized.
2:you didn't catch any because they weren't whole fishes

This sounds like one of those. The old man was going to some town. On his way there, he met 9 men, with 9 wives, and 9 kittens.. It sounds a lot like those.. And I'm too late to answer..O_o

wow...closing the question for the sake of u guys getting gold!!!
This answer is gonna kill u. 10 fish i caught without an eye. this is my first clue: 1=i=eye so, whats 10 without the 1? 0!
9 fish without a tail. My last clue. Look at the number nine as a picture. wouldn't you say that the part below the circle is....oh, like a tail? again, 0.
8 fish cut in half. If you haven't caught on yet, I'll explain this one: on a piece of paper, write down the number eight. Divide the top and bottom parts. what does that make? 0!
and 6 fish without a head. This is like the 9 one, only reversed: you take out the line on top.
So:0+0+0+0=.......0
I knew someone would guess it, but they probably wouldn't tell me why. I'll post a question next. Keep it up folks!
