"Listen to your daddy."
Topanga flushed with happiness, flicking her tail to make little waves for their children to play on. Blue eyes overfilled with love catching the meaning in his smile. She moved her hand in his that Aki had just kissed so that the backs of her fingers could brush at his cheek gently. The clownfish mother sucked in her breath happily. "As many as you want, Aki."

He nuzzled in to her hand, "well I will take you up on that one day... but for now i think these three will keep us busy" he said pulling the brown and orange one a nuzzle too. "So names? hum, what do you think Topanga?"

She found herself giggling, certain that it would be so. Perhaps she had missed her 'sister' Yunalesca's growing, but not these her own spawn. Hers and Aki's. The little one in his hand squirmed in a way that seemed more happy than a true attempt at escape and Topanga laughed as she curved her tail through the water to gently push the other two toward their sister. Just as their father's question floored her.
"Names?" Blue eyes widened, her mouth making a small 'O' of surprize. "OH goodness.... Aki, I've been so excited about everything... I'm afraid I didn't stop once to think of names." There was an apologetic note of chagrin in her usually cheerful voice as Topanga hoped that did not show poorly her mothering abilities. She so wanted to be a good mother.
Looking at the little creamish-brown female bearing her father's marking she smiled in a silly, dreamy way. "Her color's like that cheese I see Trel eat when visiting my tankmates. Brie. Brieanna?" Blue eyes looked up to meet silver-gray to see what he thought.

Aki had covered his mouth with all the chuckling he was doing, "You did not have to think of names till now darling." He placed a hand on her cheek, "It was not needed till now." he kissed her forhead lightly.
"Brieanna?" he thought for a moment, "I do like it. very fitting." He scooped up the purple female, "what about Jodie?" and grabbing the green male, "and Amanda. Draco has friends who are best friends and green and purple are their fav colors. We happen to have two beautiful kids of those colors..." he looked at Topanga, "what do you think?"

She made a pleasant sound that showed she was calmed and pleased by her sudo-mate's lips on her forehead. Topanga so loved his laughter in all of its forms that she did not feel put off that he might be laughing at her. Besides... it was funny.
"Jodie & Amanda?" The evolved clownfish repeated, twirling a strand of purple tipped blonde hair around a finger looking between the little green and purple fish. A slow smile spread across her face, brightening it. "I think that's cute! And a very sweet reason." Fliping her tail she leaned her torso forward and kissed him with a short but very passionate kiss.
"I love you, Aki."

Aki smiled it to the kiss. He loved her kisses so much, "as I love you." her pet her hair a little looking from her to the kids. making sure they did not get in to more trouble.
"Hey, 'Panga? Want to take the kids out for a swim?" He looked at her, "they need to start to learn the area and it will be easer to watch them when they are small and not ganging up on us to try and get away" he smiled wanting to play with the kids in the garden near by

She made a soft murr as Aki stroked her hair, forcing her eyes not to shut at the way it made her feel so she could keep an eye on their little ones. Seeing Aki watching them too her smile deepened. This really was perfect.
"Sure! That sounds great." Slicing playfully through the water Topanga curled her tail to start ushering their spawn towards the front door. Turning her head she flashed Aki a brilliant smile. "I'm so glad we're raising them ourselves, Aki."

Aki smiled, "Even if they went to someone else i would want them to stay here till grown. Look at them," he beamed, "Could not bare to part with them till they are big and know the world around here to find us again."
Aki ushered the hyper Amanda off as He was trying to go the wrong direction, "Fallow your mother little one" he shooded him and watched as Amanda made his way after his mother. He could not help but chuckle at the kids who where not use to swimming that far.
He fallowed his son out and helped Topanga usher them to the garden, "ok Kids, Stay close. Mother and I will be here looking after you guy, you can play, but behave" He wraped an arm around Topnaga's back and rested it on her hip seeing what the kids would do. "glad we are doing this now, when we can swim faster to help them." he smiled thinking of all the trouble they would try and get in to

Laughing at the little ones Topanga leaned her head against Aki's shoulder. Her body tingled at his touch ... and she would not have it any other way. "We'll have to stay faster than Amanda at any rate, won't we?" Another light giggle.
The little cream one -Brieanna- tumbled through the water as she forgot to use both fins for balance. Her mother's blue eyes flashed with worry but soon the fry remembered and righted herself, swimming to her parents so as not to be far from them. Sighing with relief 'Panga looked from their young to the evolved male she loved so well. "I'm glad we're doing this now too. They grow up so fast..."

Aki nuzzzled her, "I think amanda just has a lot of energy is all. but yes, we shall." He watched as the little one started to swim circles around a rock trying to learn how to do with with out wibbling to much.
Aki gave a sigh, "That they do, but at least they are ours till they grow and find mates" He kissed the top of her head but kept an eye on Jodie who was trying to make her way to her sister but kept ending up swimming upside down for a ways, then righting herself, then swimming upside down

She followed his sigh, lightly placing her palm on his firm chest as her eyes followed Jodie anxiously, wondering if she should swim in to help. "Hopefully they'll still be ours, even then." She murmured softly, her hand starting to stroke up and down Aki's torso in a gentle rhythm. "We'll just have to share them, that's all. Like we share ourselves, with them."
The thought of their young growing up and finding mates filled her with both joy and fear. There was so much out there... "Hopefully we can guide them enough that they'll choose good mates..." ... like you & I.
Topanga glanced up at him then, love brimming in her deep blue eyes. In her heart Aki was already her mate, and she his. She just needed a little more time for her head to catch up. And to tell him.

Aki could tell she was both happy and scaired by the idea of them going off to find mates. "There is time dear, I do not want it hurried along either." he melted in to her loving stare and gave her a quick kiss before returning his attation bad to the kids. He moved and rested his head on her shoulder now
"I have faith in our kids. They will grow up well and find a mate as sweet as you are." He started to play with a lock of her hair smiling as Amanda was trying to copy Jodie's swimming habbits

Oh how she loved him. Topanga laughed softly, watching their children play. Turning she pressed her lips lightly to Aki's temple, her hand reaching up to brush fingers with a feathery touch at the line where his hair started. "You're right. Plenty of time."
Seeing her siblings in a new game, little Brieanna wiggled her tail to join them and like Amanda rolled over to swim upside-down like Jodie. The act sent her into a tailspin as she overdid one side again. She shot off like a dart in her spin, until she came to a sudden stop by ramming into her daddy's stomach.

Aki nuzzled Topanga's shoulder a little "ye---oohhhfffff" he doubled over and put his hands to his tummy both to hold it and see if he could catch was was there. one hand holding the little fry and one hand still rubbbing his tummy he looked at the little girl waiting as the wind was knocked out of him.
Amanda and Jodie swam over, Jodie would turn over now and again, to make sure both where ok.
Aki, "Careful little one" he was still lightly rubbing his tummy, "Did not know you could swim so fast yet. He gave his daughter a kiss to tell her it was ok

She was dizzy from the tailspin & the landing, but Brie beamed happily up at her daddy & mommy. Everything was all right. She wiggled a little to show she did not swim so fast... it was sort of an accident. Happily she settled into his hand -at least until her vision righted itself & waved at her siblings. Sort of an 'I'll be back to play in a second' gesture.
Her brow creased with worry at the events, Topanga had to reassure herself of their daughter's safety by brushing the little one's head with her finger. Satisfied, the new mother moved her hand to help rub Aki's tummy tenderly. "At least they're small, right?" She teased with a playful glint in her deep blue eyes.
