(given my height i'm not sure if you'd be able to reach the railing with me holding you at the full height of a chokeslam)
Jarel continues his attempt while now using his other hand to shove Cartwright's legs off

Jarel finally succeeds in tossing Cartwright off, but doesn't take time to regroup. instead, he dives out after him with an elbow drop, which connects with cartwright's chest. he rolls to his feet and pulls Cartwright up, then tosses him back over the barricade. Jarel climbs over after him as Cartwright is getting to his feet, the steel chair Jarel had used earlier in hand. as Jarel reaches for him, Cartwright nails him with the chair, busting him wide open due to the barbed wire. Jarel goes down and Cartwright falls into a pin, but Jarel gets his shoulder up just before 3.
Cartwright pulls himself up in a state of disbelief, but has no time to ponder his next move as Jarel sits up and gets to his feet. Cartwright rakes his eyes and then goes for a few stiff chops across the chest. he then attempts to irish whip Jarel into the steel stairs but Jarel reverses it, sending cartwright crashing into them instead. Jarel picks up his barbed wire steel chair and while Cartwright's head in still on the stairs, nails him with another shot to the head. Cartwright slumps to the ground as Jarel tosses the chair away and rolls cartwright into the ring. Jarel goes to climb the turnbuckle to attempt his dragon drop finisher but Cartwright manages to get up and knock the ropes from under him, forcing Jarel to straddle the top rope. jarel turns towards Cartwright, really just trying to alleviate the pain, and cartwright nails a cartwright crash. Cartwright is slow to cover however, and again Jarel manages to kick out.
Cartwright pulls Jarel up and irish whips him into the ropes, hoping for a Samoan Drop. jarel, however, pushes out to land behind him then grabs him by the throat again and hits a chokeslam. Now also dazed from bloodloss, Jarel doesn't go for the cover, but instead falls against the turnbuckle, trying to regroup. Eventually, Cartwright gets up again and runs at Jarel, jumping up onto his shoulders to attempt a hurricarana. Jarel manages to catch him and takes him out of the corner, then nails a huge powerbomb. Jarel covers him this time and gets the win.
Jarel rolls off the pin and manages to stand next to his symbol. he climbs onto the foothold on his symbol and the symbol rises up into the rafters
