K l o n o p i n EGL: When I show up to the DnB/Jungle/Hardcore rooms at raves, totally decked out in kandi up past my elbows, wearing a pink fuzzy hat and care-bear parachute pants- the Junglists turn heads. And snicker. And wonder if I got lost on my way to the Trance room. It's hilarious, since I usually wear only camo/black/jeans in day-to-day life. XP Just a small thought here: All three of Lolita (At least, sweet lolitas in general) , Decora, and Kandi Kid fashions are focused on reverting back to a childhood stage. Lolita wear frills and child-like attire, decorers accessorize with pokemon (anyone notice that?) or colorful kid accessories, and of course, Kandi Kids love their retro cartoon characters. RainbowBrightYeah! :] That's probably why I like all three. Though I suck at Decora. >_> Okay /rant. :] Haha! I can see how that might happen. They usually give me wierd looks when I show up but who cares I love to dance in a dress. It's very interesting how they connect back to childhood like that 3nodding

I had the same concern about Decora seeing as I'm a person who can never carry around enough stuff. So it was pretty hard for me to choose between Lolita and Decora. I loved the elegant doll look, but I'm a person who just ADORES bright colors and over-accessorizing. Alot of the people I know tend to mix the Country Loli essence with Decora and sometimes even Sailor and Sweet Lolita. It ends up looking really cute. They often come out looking like members of Teddy or Parfait! *I love those bands!* XD

EGL Goddess This was my silly attempt at decora last year. not quite enough acessories but it's colorful. decoraUnfortunately this was the only time I took pictures but everyone kpt telling me it was too raver. While I love the kandi kid fashion; I'm a junglist at heart (we prefer jungle camo to the bright colors). I've never come across a kandi kid that didn't love me in lolita though.

It's like unicorn vomit! XD Unicorn Vomit Icky xp Well the blood is supposed to be really good for you (Harry Potter reference sorry) so the vomit can't be all bad. yes, but all blood is tasty and good, vomit just isnt. maybe the unicorm vomit will give you magical dancing abilities like its blood makes you live forever!.............................................................................................. ....................... rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

The decora fashion...Does it all have to be bright an colorful.Or can you wear darker clothes with brightly colored items?So they contrast and show up very well.cause I have to admit I like the decora fashion very very much...not as much as lolita though
