1. I don't actually have a style. 2. I get the nagging sensation that I should Enjoy Writing more and Just Do It less. Also, work on nasty tendency towards Unwarranted Capitalization. Agh! 3. Getting past the first chapter. (Oh, how I love short stories! xd )

My books always have a good begin and a good end. Character names are no problem, cause the name doesnt decide who the person is. I know 5 persons by the same name, al being a totally different person. My hardest part is making the midparts readable and understandable razz (especially with my fantasybooks).

The title i find is impossible for me to come up with.
The names are really hard too, I've spent hours just trying to come up with a name for one character.
One more thing would be coming up with a good plot to fit the theme I have and making sure this plot is not so predictable with a lot of original ideas.

-Thinking of good names
-Finishing...I start one story, then half-way I come up with another idea and start writing it down so I don't forget, and just keep going
-Adding the right amount of details. I don't like adding too much detail, but I can never get it right. There's either not enough or too much.
-Not sure how to describe this, but accents I guess. I try to make my character have a different way of speaking, but in the end it's like none of them have accents of their own.

The hardest part of writing for me... is starting the book. I get to the point where the action starts to fast but... then if I drag it on readers might get bored and set the book down. And passing the beginning to determine the past and present of the story... GAH! I think creating names are the most easy part! Because if you think about it, their parents didn't know what they were going to grow up to be. So I just pick names that I enjoy or think that it sounds like someone with their apperance. I really don't have any other problem with writing besides actually getting it written down and doing it.

I struggle to keep myself from rewriting something that is fine the way it is.
However, I love making up names. I have never strugled with that.

One of the things that takes the most thinking for me once I have a story laid out is who will be the narrator(s). Once I figure that out I get so excited to start writing... and then the problem becomes punching out the first draft, and in order to do that I need somewhat of a frame of direction to follow.
I am amazed to this day that I was actually able to complete the first draft of Prelude to Battle... and it has taught me how much I absolutely dread the task of digging through the icky mess that it is to create a decent book. On the frame of my laptop I have written in silver sharpie my favorite writing quote so far.
"The first draft is always s***." -Earnest Hemingway

Last names are the hardest for me. Also, since my story takes place where I live, it's hard to come up with names that people I know don't all ready have. And if someone were to point out their name in my book, it'd be kinda wierd.
