Because given the chance, most people will become attention-whores. Simple enough, right?

I suppose that if my avi ever got put in the comic, my answer would be "because of this banner" xd :

... But truthfully, I wouldn't really care that much. I mean, it's not like I'd get to add any input to the comic or control my character's actions. I imagine being "in" the comic would be a lot less thrilling than most people seem to think.
