Smoothly the girl put the peice of bark onto the crook of her hip, a now free hand reaching down to pick up her own light pole. She grinned, walking after him. "Nah, I'm a big girl. I can do it."

Apollo smiled, "I know you are." He then kept walking until he was upon the lake. It was nice and smooth water. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. What a great day to fish. "Okay, so know what do we do? Put the worm on the hook and then put it in the water?" He asked hoping Raken had told Dayht how to fish and hoping he was correct.

She nodded, smiling back. "Yeah. But um....." The female looked at the worms and then the light pole, and then back to the worms. "How exactly do we do that?"

Apollo pulled the tip to himself and thought about it. "Ah, we need string. I'm not sure I can make light string. Then we'll need hooks. That I can make." He made two light hooks and showed them to Dayht as they sat glowing in his hand. "Where can we get string?"

"Uhhh...uhhh..." She looked around, lightly frowning. "Um...uhhh...ah!" Dayht reached over to her left glove, inspecting it closely. Slowly she picked at a long strand of blue, biting it free from her glove. "Would this work?"

Apollo nodded. "I think that will work. Unless we hook a monster of a fish or something!" He chuckled as he took the strand and tied it to Dahyt's pole. "Now, the wormy." He first tied on the hook then hooked the worm on. "You are good to go."

"Awesome!" She blinked at the worm, grimacing lightly "And that looks painful...so...I just...throw the string and hook into the water and wait?" The female looked out into the lake, wondering how far she could really cast with an arms length of string.

Apollo nodded. "yep, I think so. Too bad we dont' have a boat. Then we could get into different water." Apollo took another string and did the same for his pole. He dipped it into the water. "Now we wait."

The female nodded and walked into the water until it brushed against her midrift. She dipped her hook into the water and began to wait for the water to settle. The female peered into the clear water at where the worm bled. Here fishy fishy fishy...

"Well, at least the light might get them to the bait. I think some fish like light." Apollo nodded as he watched the water. "It's a wonderful day isn't it? Anything going on with you?" He asked Dayht. This was like a second date... at least it seemed like one.

"Fish like light?" She lightly chuckled. "How odd!" The female then gently looked up at the sky, pale eyes gazing at the vast amount of blue. "It is...a wonderful day...I'm glad I saw you again. It's been...nice." Dayht looked back at him, smiling. Lucky...lucky bo-bae... "And this is whats going on with me." Her smile turned into a grin. "This is the highlight of my week!"

Apollo smiled to Dayht. "I read that somewhere. Nothing much with me. Just finished my training with Sol and my father. That was kinda fun and hard. Still, I was needed." Apollo glew a little. "I'm glad I saw you again as well. This is like our second date!" He chuckled as he dipped his pole in farther.

"You know Sol?" The female then blushed a little herself. "I...I guess. Is...that alright with you?" Afterall...Apollo probably just wanted to be...friends. It was her. Dayht, the clumsy, ditzy, blindfully optomistic pae'il.

"Yeah, I met him when he trained me. My dad knew him and had asked him already. It was nice of him to help me out." Apollo smiled. "Of course. You're the first second date I've had. I must be a bad first date." He blushed again when something tugged on his pole.

"That is sssoo cool!" She blushed darker but smiled. "Nah. You're quite the catch you know......." Her eyes widened then, looking at the pole. "Speaking of catch, pull back!"
