Alexander heard an almost familiar voice. He looked up and saw Kyrai at the top of a hill. "Oh, how sweet, you're protector's come for you." He got off of Ana and waved his hand in her direction. A solid wall of air formed tight around her, keeping her from moving. "Wait here, Precious. This shouldn't take long." He started up the hill towards Kyrai.

Alexander Durrant Alexander heard an almost familiar voice. He looked up and saw Kyrai at the top of a hill. "Oh, how sweet, you're protector's come for you." He got off of Ana and waved his hand in her direction. A solid wall of air formed tight around her, keeping her from moving. "Wait here, Precious. This shouldn't take long." He started up the hill towards Kyrai. " For the first time...you're right. This wont take long at all." He sighed a bit and consentrated. The Bamboo sprout suddenly grew to the size of a bo-staff and became as hard as steel. "When I'm finished with you. Hell will be a relief."

Forest_Kami_Kyrai " For the first time...you're right. This wont take long at all." He sighed a bit and consentrated. The Bamboo sprout suddenly grew to the size of a bo-staff and became as hard as steel. "When I'm finished with you. Hell will be a relief." ((I am now officially asking for patience. I've never RP'd a full fight before. sweatdrop )) Alexander looked at Kyrai and laughed. "Nice stick. Is this the first time you've whipped it out for Ana?" ((Oh, god. Don't kill me for that. whee )) He threw out one hand towards Kyrai, sending razor sharp needles of air hurling in his direction.

Forest_Kami_Kyrai " Shut up, I only want to hear screaming." His eyes had become pure white now as he watched the attack come at him. He waited untill the last possible moment then waved his staff infront of him. An explosion of fire energy can be felt as he literally burns the air away infrong of him, causing a vaccum effect that pulls the needles into each other. "Are you prepared yet." Alexander leered at Kyrai. "Then you should have been there for my homecoming. There was plenty of screaming then." He threw up his hand to form the diamond hard barrier. But it was weaker than usual. His concentration was divided between the three spells he was trying to hold at once. But in his rage, and desire to taunt Kyrai, he didn't notice the difference. "I'm ready for anything you can throw at me, Pup."

Forest_Kami_Kyrai He did retort this time. He just smirked coldly. With a swift motion of his hand. Kyra created a sonic vibration that ripped through the air, destroying ground underneath it, and ripping air apart as it boomed towards it's target. Alexander's eyes widened as he saw the shockwave heading towards him. There was no time to dodge. Desperately, he curved the barrier, extending it beneath his feet until it formed a sphere around him. He was fully enclosed in the barrier now. There were no unprotected spaces. But the extension of the barrier caused it to weaken even more.

Kyrai now moved towards Alexander. His speed so fast that is could barely be seen by the naked eye. He drew his hand back and followed the blast in. Hoping to completely destroy the barrier. As the blast his the barrier he thrusted his fist towards it as well. Consentrating a bit of spiritual energy into his fist to aguement the attack.

Alexander Durrant The barrier shattered under the combined power of the shockwave and Kyrai's blow. The force of it sent Alexander sprawling on the ground. He staggered to his feet, looking around blearily, trying to get his bearings. "YOU WILL NOT HURT MY FAMILY." He stabbed the staff into the ground and more than a dozen bamboo roots took hold and rushed towards Alexander's position. When they got there. The bamboo exploded from the ground, their growth accelerated by Kyrai's own spiritual energies, coming at him like a small forest of spears.

Forest_Kami_Kyrai "YOU WILL NOT HURT MY FAMILY." He stabbed the staff into the ground and more than a dozen bamboo roots took hold and rushed towards Alexander's position. When they got there. The bamboo exploded from the ground, their growth accelerated by Kyrai's own spiritual energies, coming at him like a small forest of spears. Alexander tried to dodge, but was too slow. Of the dozen bamboo shoots that exploded under him, nearly half hit their mark. He was spun around by the force of the blows. Two shot through his shoulder, tearing his arm off at the socket. A third stabbed diagonally through his left leg, angling up and out through the groin. Another punched through his side, just to the left of his navel. The last one tore through his chest, missing his heart, but puncturing a lung. He stared at Kyrai through a haze of blood. The gurgle of blood filled lungs clearly audible. "But...she's...mi-" He never finished the thought as his eyes glazed over in death. His lifeless body tried to slump, but was held up by the bamboo shoots that pierced him.

Ana felt the pressure release when Alexander died. Sitting up shakily she stared at the bloody sight before her. A distant part of her mind told her she should be horrified, but she just couldn't find it in her to care. Blinking slowly, she tried to stand. "Kyrai? Are you alright?" Her voice was eerily calm as she looked around with blank eyes.
