Well, he'd done it, then. They had made their way through at least one test of friendship, and here they were, still speaking. He had found out more about Kian. That he was a rebel, and the sort of society he had rebelled against. And had had spoken of himself as well. It would mean dreams full of memories tonight, but he hadn't known what else to say. Besides, allies were meant to share something of themselves.
And then Kian kept talking, and Autsu nearly swallowed his tongue. It wasn't that what the other boy had said wasn't kind, in its way. It was what he'd said. Autsu didn't need hope for a future between the two of them. Did not, in fact want, one. He was content with their current alliance, and didn't want to ruin it. His body, on the other hand, was more than willing to accept the hope offered, and run with it. Kian had all but invited him to make a move.
Kian, ally, you are so dangerous in your kindness. You don't know what you ask, or what you offer. But he wasn't going to say that.
He wasn't sure what he was going to say, actually. Kian had taken them out of the relm of careful conversation.
"I agree." He agreed? What did that even mean? "You are the only one I've found to trust."
Take from that what you will.
"So, should we plan to speak to Archie together? Or should one of us go?" All business.

He knew he offered sex. Other then comfort, friendship, a strong alliance, Kian was not sure what he COULD offer his friend. Whether he was able to have emotional relationships or not was lost to the dark alien; he had not tried this, yet.
So he agreed. Two dark eyebrows quirked upwards at the agreeance and there was another twitch of his lips. "Then we are agreed." He wasn't sure exactly what they were agreeing to, honestly, but it had to do with mating and his friends desires. Maybe mating with one another. Either way, if it was recreation, it could not be bad. He enjoyed time with his friend and did not see anything wrong with such an offer.
"Either is good, ally. I have not seen him since I was new here, to Gaia. I would not mind seeing him again, either way. You said he would not mind speaking with us... Why not go together?"

Wait a minute, what had they just agreed to? Autsu's own vague now worked against him, but he couldn't exactly argue. He was the one who had said he agreed in the first place. Whatever that meant. They'd talk about it later, maybe. Frankly, the whole emotional rollercoaster had left him mentally exhausted, more than ready to retreat back to the comfortable and elegant silence of his home. Father would make tea, and they would watch the fire. He'd feel calm again.
"Then we will arange a meeting. He will be helpful, I think." He stood then, and held a hand out to help his friend up as well. They had covered what he wished to discuss, and now he was ready to go home.
This had left him with a lot, too much, to think about.
"I should return home, now. 'ther and Sethos will miss me at dinner, and I can not miss the bus."
"Thank you, ally. I'm glad we spoke."

His webbed, clawed hand rose up to clasp Autsus and the boy used that along with his tail and the other arm to rise up and stand next to his ally. The other was a smidge taller but Kian was wider. There were differences he noticed, now. They weren't necisarily bad differences, as well.
Face to face once more, Kians expressions smoothed down to the characteristically flat features and his hand slowly left that of the other dark boys. "Then do not be late. Parental is always nervous when I go missing." A step back, his tail swishing to wrap around a thick leg in return. "...do not dwell too much, yes? It makes the nights darker."
Kian did not like sleeping alone. He'd creep in with a sibling or parental if he could without feeling as if he failed as a fighter. Those words were not to be thought on too much either; he was not one for night terrors. So the warrior stepped back, moving towards his bedroom door and tugging it open.
"I will walk you outside. The small ones... they bite."
